A very comfortable and well organised resort. They have a very well equipped gym and a very pleasant beach but they insist on payment for using both “inclusive “ facilities. There seems to be no coordination of charging policies across the complex, one receptionist says that a facility is free but when you get there the other receptionist wants to force you to take out a membership even though you are a resident in the complex.

I don't remember being so disappointed for the first time in my life, frankly, I don't remember being so disappointed for the first time in my life, frankly, the bad treatment we were given at the lobby bar at the beginning, the bad treatment of everything, the manager everywhere, I have never seen so few staff, undisciplined and inexperienced staff, I want cold tea, he brings me hot tea, he constantly takes wrong orders, he does not apologise for the delay and In addition, the glasses in the lobby bar are very dirty, the tea coaster is broken, I was shocked.

For me I liked the service at Grand sapphire hotel first, work members of hotel were really helpful and careful, everyone was welcoming and always ready to help, especially Akzhan in guest relations, she was helping me a lot, always smiling and created for me a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout my journey. Loved the hotel for its luxurious surroundings and personal.

I stayed in Grand Sapphire Hotel for a week. I was really amazed by the hospitality of the staff, specially Sara from guest relations. She was really nice and helpful during my stay. Also she could speak and communicate in English really well. Another thing I absolutely loved about this hotel was the atmosphere; it was so tranquil and peaceful in a way that I was about to extend my stay but unfortunately I had to leave the country to go back to my work. All in all it was a really enjoyable holiday and definitely I will get back to this hotel if I go to Cyprus again.

Upon my arrival at the resort the tone of my visit was established, being both very courteous and professional. The attitude of the staff was always attentive and willing to do their utmost to achieve my request or need. A special mention to the customer liaison team for their continued desire for excellence. It was a really blissfull 2 days for me. All team at reception, reservation office and guest relation is very helpful and kind. The foods are restaurant so delicious and you have oppotunity find too many choices. The elevators are designed wit high technology. You can go easily where ever you want to go inside the resort. The rooms are very clean and well designed. Majority of the rooms are sea view it is another nice thing i like in this hotel. It is highly. I can recommend it to everyone who wants to have a nice vacation.

Exceptional! The hotel itself is stunning and very luxurious. Everything is at the high level. The view from anywhere in the hotel is breathtaking. Easy access to both pools and beach, friendly staff and many more. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.
