Great hotel to stay when visiting video Aram period this is our second time here period the beds are comfortable period it’s clean period we had a balcony in the city period the breakfast was very enjoyable with cheese, Mediterranean foods coffee period the staff very hard all our concerns period stage two days and enjoyed every

We initially contacted the hotel to enquire about availability, rates and pet policy. Everything seemed to be normal so we proceeded with a reservation by e-mail and booked a triple room for 2 adults, 1 child and a small puppy dog for one overnight. On the day of our arrival in Trikala, we called the hotel to get directions for their private open-air parking which is located about 700 m. away from the hotel (about 15 min. walking distance). Soon after that, we arrived at the hotel and stood in front of the reception as the lady receptionist was on the phone. Unfortunately our small puppy urinated on the floor while we were still waiting for the lady to check us in. Although it was not our puppy's fault to pee on the floor of a pet-friendly hotel, we apologized letting her know that we had dog diapers in our luggage in order to put them in the room. The receptionist started moaning telling us that all dogs should be well trained in order to avoid such incidents and she "politely" asked us to leave and find accommodation elsewhere. And so we did. We have stayed in numerous hotels in Greece and abroad and this was the first time to get thrown out. All in all, a rather bad experience. P.S. Of course we had to walk another 15 min. in order to get our car from the parking lot...

Hôtel plutôt correct sur la chambre en général. Petit bémol concernant la salle de bain qui est vraiment trop petite surtout la douche. Le repas du soir et du matin était pas trop mal. Pretty decent hotel in terms of rooms in general. Small downside concerning the bathroom which is really too small, especially the shower. The evening and morning meal wasn't too bad.

Hôtel pour une nuit : dîner et petit-déjeuner plutôt correct, hôtel bien placé proche des bars et commerces. Si vous avez de la chance, vous aurez une chambre avec vue sur le fleuve (qui est très joli). Le personnel était très gentil ! Je recommande.

Δυστυχώς μείναμε μια ημέρα ενώ σχεδιαζαμε δύο λόγω εργασίας - με αρκετά καλή τιμή στο ενδιάμεσο Χριστούγεννων Πρωτοχρονιάς. Έχουμε μείνει και σε άλλα κεντρικά στη Λάρισα. Κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και σε πάρκο, Αγ. Αχίλλειο και άλλους χώρους ενδιαφέροντος. Αυτό διέφερε στην εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενικό προσωπικό ακόμη και πιο νωρίς check in αφού ήταν έτοιμο, έκτακτο check out χωρίς χρέωση Μπράβο τους. Το δωμάτιο ΠΟΛΥ καθαρό, ευγενική η κυρία καθαριότητας ορόφου, φαινόταν η ανακαίνιση. Στην επόμενη ίσως κουφώματα ντουλάπα αλλά δεν ενοχλεί. Προσωπικά μου άρεσε το μάρμαρο στα βοηθητικά έπιπλα, η έξτρα καρέκλα στο χώρο που βοηθά σε οικογένεια και οι 3 διαθέσιμες βάσεις για βαλίτσες που σπάνια βρίσκω. Αν και έλειπε η θέρμανση- μόνο κλιματιστικό είχε- ήταν πολύ ζεστό δωμάτιο και χωρίς κλιματισμό. Ρόλο έπαιξε και η καλή θερμοκρασία εκείνες τις μέρες. Πρωινό πλούσιο φορώντας γάντια. Βρήκα πράσινο τσάι - λόγω ιδιαίτεροτητας μου-εταιρείας εξαιρετικής και ακριβής που ούτε στα καφέ δεν προσφέρουν. Αυτό με ενθουσίασε. Εξωτερικό πάρκινγκ άνετο, σημαντικό σε αυτήν την πόλη καθώς στο κέντρο είναι δυσεύρετα τα πάρκινγκ λόγω και των πολλών πεζοδρομησεων. Κρατάω 1 βαθμό μόνο για την παλαιότητά τίποτα άλλο. Η ευγένεια όλων εξαιρετική. Το συστήνω έχοντας μείνει και σε άλλα 3 εκεί κοντά άλλες ανάλογες μέρες . Αναλογία ποιότητας και τιμής

Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, κεντρικότατο ξενοδοχείο, καλο πρωινό, όχι ιδιαίτερα πλούσιο αλλά φρέσκο και καθαρό. Το μείον ήταν η καθαριότητα του δωματίου. Πάρα πολύ σκόνη κάτω από το κρεβάτι μας, παλιό μπάνιο, βρώμικη η ντουζιέρα και σκόνη σε όλες τις γωνίες του δωματίου και του μπάνιου. Επιπλέον οι τοίχοι του δωματίου σε αρκετά σημεία ήταν σκασμένοι καθώς και το ταβάνι. Μια μικρή ανανέωση των δωματίων πιστεύω επιβάλλεται για να είναι πιο φιλικό και άνετο στον επισκέπτη. Επίσης καλύτερη καθαριότητα των δωματίων και όχι τόσο προχειρότητα
