Ibis Nantes Nord Treillières

An excellent all-round hotel if you’re doing business in the area and need a short stay. The duty manager was polite and was good at dealing with my requests. Rooms are simple, comfortable and clean. The restaurant offers a good dinner menu at a reasonable price. Breakfast provided fresh fruits and bread, tasty scrambled eggs, yoghurt as well as a great selection of teas.

All was fine during the stay but we had some issue during payment. They made a wrong payment and had to cancel it after 2~3days I left the hotel.

The staff are very helpful and the hotel, bedroom at rear of hotel, was very quiet, clean and adequate for the price. The restaurant food was also better than expected and we enjoyed our brief stay. Thanks.

Disgusted. Arrived after a 1000km drive hoping to relax for the onward journey the next day. It looked like entering a war zone. The pictures show what was the restaurant and bar. The hotel is situated on Business Park ensured there would be no amenities close by. Room was Ibis usual standard, ok. Woken at 7.15am with a JCB starting work 2 metres from our door. We made the booking in December 2021 and should have been told about the work as it has obviously only recently been started. We will of course be using other travel websites to publicise that this hotel will not be finished for some time and to avoid. We will expect a full refund at the very least. As other guests arrived they also were walking round in disbelief at the state of the hotel.

22 June 2022 arrived to what looked like a demolition site. Car park full of JCBs and steam rollers in process of knocking down restaurant, bar and reception. Obviously will be some considerable time before this hotel will have finished rebuilding. No prior warnings. Woken at 7am with the start of the work. AVOID

A functional hotel. If you need to stop here ok Will however look at other alternatives. Carpark was supposed to be secure and gated, it wasn't.

L’équipe est aux petits soins, les espaces sont cosy et accueillants. J’y fait mes réunions désormais et mon équipe est ravie. Les serveurs du restaurant sont efficaces et adorables et la cuisine est copieuse et délicieuse. En plus, les menus constamment renouvelés. La qualité est constante. Une belle trouvaille ! Je recommande.

Hôtel Ibis Budget récemment rénové, propre et bien décoré Pour un séjour de 3 nuit , la literie est très confortable , chambre fonctionnelle et calme . Accès facile avec parking sécurisé . Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique . Pour le prix , difficile de trouver mieux .

Un grand merci à la personne présente la nuit du 19 au 20,la bougie était essentielle pour nous . Très pro . Nous sommes venus pour la sépulture d'un ami le geste était symbolique. Encore merci Nous 5.
