Food was great, staff were lovely. Worst part was the beds in the cottage. Felt like sleeping on bricks, prisoners have had better nights sleep.
Disappointing as we purposely got in bed early for an early ferry and ended up with about an hours kip to being so uncomfortable and squished!

It looks tired from outside when first arrive, but the room is very great, very clean, and comfortable. The services are excellent from services desk to restaurant staff.
We will certainly return.

Very disappointed with the room. The carpet was dirty and badly stained. There was plaster flaking off the walls. The shower head was full of orange and green mold and we had to scrub it clean with a nail brush before we could use it. There was a tea pot in the room with the contents still in it from the previous occupants. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we had a lovely view of a broken down shed and a rat trap. Would not recommend.

Stayed in Room 12 - the view from the window was not great.. Also a bit noisey with the workmen working from 7am - 8am in the room above. So very tired.

W had a great stay and everything was perfect except the WiFi in the room but we got by using data instead. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Would stay again.

I arrived exhausted from the ferry after a week of travelling all over Ireland, and was met by Chloe who was lovely and friendly lady. When I asked me for a quiet room she went one better and gave me an upgrade. The room was amazing. It was beautifully decorated with a large bay window with seating, and an enormous bed. There was water and a cafetière and it really did have an element of luxury. I didn’t have food as I had eaten on the ferry, but I definitely will next time, as the menu looked good. All in all it was a great experience and I will be back in February.
