Historico Loft & Rooms Palazzo Adragna XIX

This adorable, modern and quaint 3 storey hotel is perfectly situated. It is also close to Via Fardella, the main street in beautiful Trapani, all types of restaurants, cafes and the train station. The room I stayed in was more than an average sized room with a beautiful, decent sized bathroom, great walk-in shower and bright lighting. The staff, lovely, helpful and ever present. In particular, Clara. Kudos to management for hiring her. Highly recommend staying here. One little drawback is that the Reception Desk is not open 24 hours, although you are given an outside door key to open the door to get in.

There is no safe in the rooms so I would recommend taking your money/passports with you as staff stole 100 euro from inside my suitcase. Complained to the staff at reception who claimed this was impossible, no manager followed up and there was no support around this at all very poor. There was only one key for the room given, reception closes at 10pm. The breakfast is very very poor also with lack of seating. Generally very poor stay would highly recommend to avoid at all costs.

Before we even checked in, we found Historico to be very helpful when we emailed them with questions. If you have a late flight coming in to Trapani-Birgi Airport, Historico can arrange a 30 euro taxi for you to remove the hassle of getting the bus. The area the hotel is situated in is beautiful and feels very safe. We arrived at around 11PM, and the front doors were open. This is unusual at this time, but we soon realised that the staff member at the desk, Filippo, was waiting inside to welcome us. It can be a little difficult in Italy for travellers to find their hotels, so we really appreciated this, especially given the late hour. Filippo then gave us excellent advice on where to eat, what to see, which bus to take and more. At the end of our trip, he even offered to store our luggage until we returned for it. This allowed us to visit Erice, which we found stunning. The room itself is jaw-dropping. The ceilings are about 20 feet high, the room is very spacious with a huge bed and beautiful bathroom. There’s even a balcony. Considering the Historico’s low prices, the room and service completely blew us away. We paid average prices for a 5-star experience, and we couldn’t be happier. It's been a pleasure to stay at Historico lofts and rooms in Trapani Italy. The room was very nice and clean. There was no breakfast, but I think it's better this way. I tried to leave tips for the maids 3 times, but they didn't take it. The reception was open 2 times a day, and their English was very good and they were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again, if we visit Trapani again. 👍👍👍👍👍

Trapani è una bellissima città che mi ha stupito veramente. L hotel è a 2 passi dal centro nella struttura ricavata all interno di un antico palazzo. Pulizia ottima cortesia de personale colazione top. Unica nota negativa un po’ di rumore perché eravamo alloggiati in una stanza che era separata da un’altra solo per mezzo di una normale porta in legno. Per il resto tutto ok e prezzo veramente buono.

Camera grande...bel bagno...bella struttura! Colazione buona...personale cordiale e professionale...posizione in bella zona, vicinissimo alla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto e per Erice. Materasso, purtroppo, non comodissimo...
