From the first step to the property to the check out we felt so looked after. Very comfortable room, delicious breakfast, great beach bar and AMAZING staff, from the manager to the gardener. Probably the warmest place we’ve ever stayed at, and we travel a lot. Would love to go back!!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Great breakfast, beautyful garden with direct access to the beach. The staff is very friendly and we felt imeadiatly at home. Today we left the paradise, but we hope to come back soon. Trancoso has great resraurants and boutques.

Villas de Trancoso was exceptional! The beachfront location with pristine sands and clear waters made our stay unforgettable. The accommodations were luxurious, and the staff’s outstanding service truly stood out—they were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed the delicious food, the serene pool, and relaxing spa services. This resort is a perfect choice for families looking for a memorable getaway. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. Small and intimate with stunning gardens and a perfect beach. The food was divine, as were the cocktails. But the true star of our stay were the staff. So attentive and kind. They anticipated our every need and extra care was given to making our stay memorable. We felt so at home and pampered. A fantastic luxury hotel with a very personal touch.

Beautiful set of cabanas within a lovely garden on a gorgeous sandy swimmable beach. The staff went out of their way to make us happy, including moving us to a gorgeous upgraded villa, loaning us new and well-functioning beach bikes, making dinner reservations, and attending to our every need. The breakfast buffet was the best of our 4 month trip! Delicious fruit, juices, vegetables, eggs. We loved staying on the beach and enjoyed walking to the quadrado in the evening for dinner. Looking at the stars from the beach while walking back was a highlight. Our favorite restaurant was Bonito - a recommendation from the hotel, and far superior to the other two we tried!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The location, which is next to the beach, was idyllic! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the gardens are absolutely beautiful! The food is great - breakfast was a highlight. Our room was lovely with an extremely comfortable bed and a nice, shady terrace to sit and relax. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have been coming to Brazil for a long time, and this was our first visit to Bahia side / Trancoso. Our close friends have been telling us to visit this part for a long time and we finally were able to do this all the way from New York celebrating Christmas 2024 week at Villas de Trancoso. What a magical place once you get here. it is about the journey and the willingness to come to such a location. Now I understand why all my friends from Brazil rave about this place. Let me start by thanking the team at Villas de Trancoso led by Maria and her husband. She was very helpful months in advance when we were planning our trip and connected me with Renata at reception and concierge, who was just unbelievably gracious and helpful with her time, organizing our trip and itinerary Gabriel and her team was so great for all the breakfast and Christmas Eve service by the pool. Attention to detail was spectacular.. special thank you to the chefs. The food was just amazing. Lastly, Lisa and the entire team at the beach made this so much fun hanging out during the day by the ocean. Service, how friendly they were how attentive they were was truly memorable. We look forward to being back with our family to this magical location, and I suggest for anyone who is willing to make the journey to Brazil fly to São Paulo take another flight to Porto Seguro and come to Villas de Trancoso. You will not be disappointed. Thank you team Villas de Trancoso. We already miss you.
