On arrival we were very impressed with this boutique hotel in the centre of Tralee We were made very welcome by the lovely Eimear at reception and checked in very quickly and efficiently. Our room 107 was lovely , spotless clean and had all the facilities you would see in a 5 Star hotel. We had some drinks and delicious food in the bar in the evening and the breakfast in the morning was an absolute feast , beautifully presented and we were served by two polite , friendly and professional girls. Overall we were super impressed with the quality of the hotel and indeed more impressed with the staff in every department. We will definitely be back and can’t wait !

Beautifully appointed hotel in the heart of Tralee town. Contemporary design with a warmth throughout in the decor and quality craftsmanship. Really comfortable beds and great shower. Fabulous breakfast to finish off our stay! Will definitely be back.

The Hotel is super well located It is easy walk to restaurants and bars. It is convenient and have a good offering (bar and restaurant) The room was super Clean. A very Nice shower! Staff was very pleasant and great. Parking could be a challenge.

Lovely modern hotel with a very warm welcome. Comfortable room with lovely mattress and bedding. Tea/coffee facilities and handmade soap company toiletries which was a very nice touch. Particularly liked the night light which surrounded base of bed. very convenient if getting up during the night.

I stayed in the James Hotel for 2 night. We got a great deal for 2 nights including breakfast and 1 dinner. It was fantastic value for money because our stay was 5 star. An excellent hotel in a central location with excellent staff who went above and beyond. Don’t stay anywhere else in Tralee. Highly recommend the James Hotel.

The James hotel is decorated beautifully,so modern and so clean.The bed was so comfortable that you wouldn't want to get out of it.The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special shout out to Eimear,she couldn't have been more helpful, we stayed from Friday to Sunday of Easter weekend and she seemed to be there for the whole weekend. Food was gorgeous, both breakfast and dinner. We will definitely be back again and it was great value for money.

We stayed in a twin room. Small but perfectly formed room. Excellent air conditioning. Extremely soft bedding and very comfortable. Lots of toiletries available for use plus a room spray. Chocolates on arrival at check in is a lovely touch and chocolates in the room. We were also given a voucher for a free drink each which unfortunately we didn't use! Breakfast was A1. Menu service along with Continental. I found it good value. Great location, just off centre of Tralee. Will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel. Great location, friendly staff, good food. Rooms very high spec and all needs catered for. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be recommending to others. We felt welcome from we first checked in until we left. We ate breakfast each morning and had our evening meal in the restaurant.

We are back from a 2 night stay in the James hotel. We had a wonderful time in this lovely hotel. From the beautiful room to the yummy breakfast every element of our stay was very enjoyable. We had dinner in the bar on the Wednesday night. It is difficult for smaller hotels to make a success of the business but if the James continues with the standards it now has, I am sure the hotel will continue to blossom. A hidden treasure!!
