Washing my hands is clogged, and even in the rain, there is no water leakage. My slippers are thinner than paper, and my bed sheets are not clean. They have all been washed thin. Apart from the good location, everything else is too poor

Very very bad experience. I have the two stars only for the location and for the reception staff who were amazing and very helpful. Other than that, the rooms are very dirty, the bathroom floor was full of water when we arrived and it looks like the water was leaking from somewhere. The towels are torn. There were 2 shampoo bottles for a family room. We stayed 3 nights and the room was NEVER cleaned. We had to take out our trash ourselves and buy toilet paper from the supermarket. When we asked about the cleaning they said it’s upon request and they take out key to get into the room. No need to mention the view from the window to the back of rotten buildings that we needed to keep the curtains closed all the time. The breakfast options were limited and you can smell the bad smell of eggs when you first enter the restaurant. Overall a very bad experience and would not recommend to anyone!
