Camere pianoterra terribili non conformi ai parametri di pulizia e altro di un 4 stelle! Peggio di un ostello, abbiamo trovato calcare residuato, e box doccia sporco e pieno di calcare e ruggine, pavimento da due stelle con fughe orribili piene di sporcizia …..non aggiungo altro

Wir waren drei Tage in diesem angeblich 4 Sterne Hotel. Unübersichtliche Anlage mit äußerst schlechter Beschilderung. Weitgehend unfreundliches Personal und wirklich grottig schlechtes Essen, was wir vorgesetzt bekamen. Sizilien ist ein wunderschöne Insel, aber dieses Hotel sollte man meiden.

Drei Tage in dieser äußerlich gepflegten Anlage mit kleinem Pool und Meerzugang mit einer Reisegruppe. Die uns zugeteilten Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig, hatten kleine Fenster, die Matratzen teilweise unzumutbar. Frühstückspersonal ungeschult und desinteressiert bei sehr dürftigem Frühstücksbufett: eine Käsesorte, eine Wurstsorte, 5 Marmeladen, Stangenweißbrot, Obst, Croissant, Ei, ausreichend ortsübliche Frühstückskuchen. Das Abendessen für die Gruppe war an allen drei Tagen unterhalb aller Brwertungsmaßstäbe. Nach Beschwerde als Entschuldigung 0,05 ml Prosecco............ einfach traurig, woher kommen die 4 Sterne?

Wir waren für drei Tage in diesem „Hotel“ im Rahmen einer Sizilienrundreise. Unser Doppelzimmer hatte eine bessere Schießscharte als Fenster. Die Spülung im Badezimmer war so ungenügend, dass wir mit Wasser im Papiereimer nachspülen mussten. Eine einzige Katastrophe war das Abendessen. Ruppiges Personal. Jeden Abend unzureichend gewürzte Nudel als erster Gang. Der Hauptgang bestand aus frittierten Fisch oder Schweinefleisch und jeweils einer Beilage. Am ersten Abend lauwarme Bratkartoffeln, am zweiten Abend ohne Salz gekochte grüne Bohnen und am dritten Abend matschige Erbsen und Möhren - wahrscheinlich aus der Dose. Der Nachtisch war lieblos. Am schlimmsten am zweiten Abend: kleingeschnittenes am Frühstückbüffet liegengebliebenes Obst mit Wasser. Ich kann nur vor diesem Hotel warnen.

3 Tage hier im Rahmen einer Rundreise. Zimmer mäßig, Frühstück ausbaufähig, Abendessen katastrophal (Dosengemüse, ungewürzt, Dosenobst als Dessert), unfreundliches Personal. Man hatte das Gefühl, als Gast 2. Klasse behandelt zu werden.

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica: vicinissimo allo svincolo dell'autostrada, si arriva facilmente a Bagheria, Palermo e diversi siti turistici. Si trova sulla costa e molte camere si affacciano sulla spiaggia per cui si può godere di una vista spettacolare. Personale molto disponibile e gentilissimo. Noi abbiamo usufruito di un pacchetto con pensione completa che consiglio poiché al ristorante U'Rais dell' hotel si mangia divinamente: una cucina che valorizza le tradizioni locali con innovazione e prodotti di eccellenza.

Il centro benessere dell' hotel Tonnara di Trabia offre un'esperienza di totale relax e rigenerazione. Appena varcata la soglia, si viene accolti da un'atmosfera calda e rilassante, con luci soffuse, musica delicata e un profumo avvolgente che distende subito la mente. Il personale è altamente qualificato e accogliente, pronto a guidare ogni cliente nel percorso più adatto alle proprie esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Stay away from this hotel!
Unfriendly personnel (all the ones at the reception) and old rooms. Our air condition was shut down several times with the excuse that this is normal at 10AM because of the cleaninig and automation while in other rooms the air conditioning was active.
The shower was leaking and with black stains.
The breakfast buffet was minimalistic.
The only acceptable thing was the small beach with included chairs and umbrellas.
