Ulasan Toyama Excel Hotel Tokyu

Di seberang jalan dari Stasiun Toyama, saya senang bisa menginap di sana pada hari bersalju. Staf meja depan dan restoran sangat sopan, lembut, dan sabar dalam menjawab pertanyaan. Sebuah hotel yang hangat. Kondisi sanitasi juga sangat baik. Visibilitas yang sangat baik.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan stasiun Toyama, tepat di seberang stasiun. Hotel ini agak tua tetapi tampaknya baru saja direnovasi. AC sentralnya sangat tua dengan kontrol yang sudah ketinggalan zaman dan tidak berfungsi dengan baik, sehingga kamar menjadi sangat pengap di malam hari. Minuman gratis ditawarkan jika kami tidak memilih pembersihan kamar harian. Kode QR diberikan untuk memilih minuman kami di mesin penjual otomatis di lobi. Jangan datang ke Toyama selama Desember-Maret, karena sebagian besar objek wisata tutup selama musim dingin. Secara keseluruhan, mengecewakan karena AC-nya rusak dan rencana perjalanannya membosankan.

Satu kamar memiliki masalah kebisingan dari AC. Namun, kami pindah ke kamar lain sehingga kami bisa tidur. Kami juga diizinkan meninggalkan barang bawaan kami hingga hari berikutnya, saat kami harus meninggalkan Toyama untuk pergi ke Rute Pegunungan Alpen Tateyama Kurobe. Layanannya sangat baik dan stafnya sopan. Kedua kamar juga luas dan bersih.

The hotel is relatively new, with on site parking. It is located at the top few floors of a business building. There no hotel reception on the ground floor only a phone and the entrance is hard to find if you are driving and it’s at the back of the building. The window shows you the major railway system of Nagoya as JR Nagoya station is just next stop and visible from the window. So a must for train lovers. The staff at the hotel is helpful but their English is minimal but for sure they are polite and cordial. There’s always staff cleaning in the other room when I go in and out of the hotel, but they somehow managed to not bother me and find the right time to clean my room. There is no other facility such as swimming pool, onsen or washing machines in the hotel. There’s a large family mart on ground floor and a few restaurants in the complex but we are always out during the day and didn’t have a choice to enjoy them. The hotel breakfast is delicious and the choices are ample. It also has the skyline view of Nagoya. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you want a little piece and quiet when you travel. And you might need to walk extra or take 1 more stop in the Metro to go back to hotel. It’s an excellent hotel but I think more suitable for adults.

Memorable Stay, super convenient Loved my stay here! Clean, modern, and just a short walk from Toyama Station and near toyama castle. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, and helpful staff. Perfect for hub stays or if you’re doing the Alpine Route. Would definitely come back!

This hotel is very near Toyama JR station, 10minute walk to the city centre, breakfast are great

Great choice for a budget stay. Close to the train station with many food options nearby.

Stayed one night before alpine route. Toilet compact but sufficient. Room pretty decent sized, but only brought backpacks instead of luggage, so can’t comment for sure. Near to train station and easy base for alpine route. Had to wait super long for elevator due to congestion, staff eventually helped with staff elevator.

Actually very comfortable and affordable

Very close to the JR station and there is many restaurants. There is bathtub in the room as well.highly recommended to travellers who will go to different places around the city.
