Staying at the Hatch House B&B was among the lodging highlights of our Route 6 road trip. If I could give it six stars, I would. The house itself is elegant and beautifully maintained. Our room, one of several guestrooms, was bright, clean, thoughtfully decorated, and very comfortable. Likewise for the bathroom. Parking and entry was super easy, and we enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful wrap-around porch during our stay. Best of all, though, were our hosts: Michelle and Roger couldn't have been friendlier; they treated us like family. Michelle's breakfasts were delicious and generous -- we loved the pancakes and homemade maple syrup -- and our conversations around the breakfast table with her and other guests were a delight. The location, within walking distance of downtown Towanda and a river-walk along the Schulykill River, was ideal for our purposes too. Bottom line: Two thumbs way, way up for the Hatch House Bed And Breakfast!

Michelle and Roger went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and cared for. Their home is so lovely and well-appointed. The grounds with the gathering areas and the pool were just amazing! We had so much fun! I highly recommend Hatch House. Thanks a million to our hosts!

The owners are the most generous, helpful, and kind people. Shopping for local fresh produce for our family gathering was just the tip of the iceberg. Everything was top notch and welcoming. We enjoyed our time immensely.

Such a beautiful space! But even better than the lovely house, the pool, fire pit niche, and the comfy rooms were the friendliness and welcoming nature of the hosts. We completely enjoyed our stay, the amazing family breakfast, and getting to know Michelle and Roger. We can’t wait to go back!

So Clean!So Fresh! Such a wonderfully welcome couple that owns the home went above and beyond to be sure our very large family felt comfortable. Just a lovely experience. The large bathrooms have been remodeled beautifully as has the kitchen. We loved everything about the Hatch House.
