We had a terrible experience of this place. We booked a hotel from the 6th to the 8th of August through ***********. A so called junior suite with the bedroom on the upper floor and bathroom downstairs. At first sight, the room looked lovely, however, there was no light next to the bed and no handrails on the steps. Needless to say that it was extremely dangerous if you had to go to the toilet at night. Since you have to do this in darkness! Already when checking in, we asked if there is another room available, which has been denied. So we slept the night and as expected, got injured climbing down the steps in the dark. The next morning we asked again if there will be another room for the following night. Again the answer was low, so we asked if we could check out early and get the refund for the second night since the hotel was full, we thought he could refund and sell the room again. Unfortunately also this has been refused, so we asked assistance from *********** who said that safety is priority and we’ll get a refund for the second night. Unfortunately, we lost €210.

Exceptional property tastefully finished in the traditions of the area of the Lot. I describe it as elegant rustic but with modern amenities. Eric is the hardest working man I met in France. Him and his team spared no effort to make us feel at home to provide anything we needed. I highly recommend staying at this fantastic property and allow Eric and his team the pleasure to provide you with an experience you will never forget. We will be back for sure. The room was large and very confortable, The estate is wonderful and the view is incredible. The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool is very enjoyable. The spa is very nice although some window cleaning would be nice to enjoy the View even more

What a location! Nestled in the limestone cliffs of quaint ancient village of St. Cirq Lapopie, this spa hotel is stunning, and the view!!! Every inch is meticulously designed to please the eye of the guest....from the paint colors (love the dove gray), the locally sourced breakfast, served on a large and sunny patio to the beautiful linens, bedding and drapes. Kind hosts Eric and Herve do everything to insure guests have an amazing stay. Huge property with fruit and olive trees, rosemary, lavender, etc...a sensory pleasure and not a Euro has been spared. Thick wooden doors, comfy beds and hot powerful showers, what more could anyone ask.

Beautiful hotel in amazing village. Stayed here twice this summer- once on the way down to Pyrennes Orientales and once on the way back. The hotel itself is very pretty as were both of the rooms we had. Great gardens and views and lvoely pool. Breakfast is superb.

very nice, we stay 2 nights, acceuil super sympa, petit dej tres bien , chambres extra , et la piscine chauffee un must avec la vue bien sur suggestion etendre les horaires piscine genre 7.00am to 20.00pm suggestion peut etre des oeufs brouillee ou omelette pour le petit dejeuner ..

the hosts are hostile and grumpy. we felt to be a nuisance, the slightest request has been fefused bluntly. the worst was the pool/wellness area. the outdoor pool was unheatdd and not maintained, maybe not a surprise for mid april. but the indoor pool was acidious: i am not joking! the skin hurt, my high quality swimming trunks discolored (!) and my eyes were in pain and tearing for hours. my barber said my hair bleached! it also smells predominantly like heavy chemicals and one was explicitly forbidden to open the window (so much about wellness). when i suggested kindly that there might be too much chemical in the water the boss shouted at me. i am swimming daily everywhere in the world and i know when water is polluted; the main reason for staying there was in fact the pool (which also costs extra and children are forbidden there anyway). i have not had any treatment like that since i stayed at youth hostels. unforgettably awful.

Great views, comfortable rooms - in the midst of a flourishing vineyard and an excellent breakfast. I wish we spent more time there to enjoy the pool and the spa. good and free parking. highly recommended.

This little place is a gem! It's beautiful to walk through the vineyards and there are friendly farm animals on the other side. Gorgeous view! Helpful and friendly staff! Breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy. The village itself is an easy, short drive away and very charming. Great wine! Rooms were full of charm and very comfortable. Each ground floor room had a patio leading out to the vineyard. This was a 3star hotel and I can't believe it wasn't higher.
