Good welcome and excellent night porter, good location in town and very practical with parking really close and advantageous for the price of parking. The room with 1 socket and a 3 plug extension placed in the bin in front. The shower has no curtain and long hair in the shower drain before I even showered. Then no edge to the shower tray which was more than small. So for my 1m93 boyfriend the shower quickly ended in disaster because there was water all over the floor. Clearly I’m angry about the shower but knowing that I asked for a bath…. Otherwise pretty good for the price

The strangest hotels I have ever been to. And although the receptionists were nice, it does not make up for the quality of the overall room. The rooms are incredibly small and the beds are so hard that you could just as well have slept on the floor. The curtains were to small to cover up the windows and the rooms are badly isolated for sound so I could here my neighbours easily. For a 180 euros a night I expect to be able to sleep comfortably, but I did not get any sleep because of the overall dysfunctional rooms. I changed rooms the last night, which had a better bed but, also in this room there were so many things that did not work. You could not close the bathroom door and the toilet was so small that it I had to open the door to make room for mye legs, it is literally impossible to do your buisiness there with a closed door, that is insane!

i loved the view above victor hugo. the bed mattress is terrible--that is my only complaint. for the single room (very very small), it's a reasonable price. you are near most everything which is lovely and toulouse is a very walkable city.

Excellent location in city centre. Everything is close, like bus station, important sights, restaurants, metro. Hotel is very clean, quiet. There is a room for breakfast, but not real restaurant. Helpful, pleasant staff. Good air-condition.

Great location, clean and comfortable hotel, what more do you need. The rooms were spotlessly clean The only downside was the demolition work going on opposite the hotel with an early morning start, a warning when booking would have been useful.

We stayed in room 110 in July. It was not nothing but disappointment from the moment we entered until the moment we left. I have stayed in bad hotels before but never at this price.  The only positive I can think of is the location, everything else was atrocious.  The room was boiling. Yes there was Air conditioning but it was clearly a very old unit and did not work at all. I had to ask at the front desk for a fan but this did very little for us.  The light coming into the room was very unsettling for our children late at ight. The curtains did not cover the window. A major design flaw! I tried to fix this but had no joy. the guy at the front desk suggested masking tape to fix the curtain to the wall! A truly comical solution. The lights. The bathroom light didn't work. We asked at the desk and he 'fixed it'. Ten minutes later it was broken again. The beds and pillows, old, uncomfortable and dirty.  We all had a terrible night's sleep due to the utter inadequacies of the hotel.  None of the staff seemed to care, they acted like these were regular complaints.  This hotel is definitely best avoided.
