The room was excellent, the staff was polite and provided great service, and the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. The room was new and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was simple but of average quality. I will definitely come back again.

This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient. The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals. The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind. Not my first time at the Nemea Toulouse. Great appart hotel, very comfortable but noticing over the years, it s getting a bit run down. Bed side lamp broken, light bulb missing, toilet seat fixed poorly. It s a shame. Overall very good and clean.. Check in was a bit disappointing though , I arrived 45 mn early before check in time but I was told to wait. Check in was not warm , just robotic , lack of customer service in a way. But thankfully the person at check out was totally different and with a smile.
