Hôtel des Arts

Super friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable about what to see and where to eat. For an almost exclusive speaker of English I found theirs very good and quite accommodating of my limited French. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, with a private bath including a generously sized shower. The breakfast coffee was hot, tasty, and a generous portion - a small thermos of coffee and a pitcher of hot milk. On check-in day I arrived early and they were happy to hold my bag at reception until the room was ready, Simon at the desk gave me a map and hints about what to see - a comfortable and welcoming stay, highly reccommend.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here in this beautifully decorated art hotel. The staff are welcoming and helpful and highly attentive to the needs of guests without being intrusive . It is spotlessly clean. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. It is an easy 20 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast is served in your bedroom at a time of your choosing and it is absolutely delicious. The food is of the highest quality. The bathroom is rather small but has a wonderful shower. Thanks to all there for making our visit to Toulouse such a pleasant experience.

Very nice hotel. Great location and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast on two of the days and would recommend. I plan to return to Toulouse in November and will stay here again. Also sound proofing from street and other rooms was very effective

We stayed at the Hotel des Arts in July with my wife, daughter and parents. The staff took special care of us during our stay and gave my parents the best room. They participated in making our experience in Toulouse memorable. I want to give a special mention to hotel staff Vera and Yohan who so very kind and made sure that all of our needs were met. I definitely recommend the hotel des art for a visit in Toulouse!

First be warned - if you have mobility issues this place may not be for you. There are no lifts and access to the room floors is up some spiral stairs. We are an older couple. Yoann toted our very heavy bags up and down the stairs as required to check in and out. The parking situation can also be strange, but not unusual for French Hotels, as we found out (we didn't reserve in advance and parked in a public lot (Esquirol) a couple of short blocks away). The Hotel is decorated with lots of interesting and fun art work. The bed and room were very comfortable and clean. The staff brings you a very generous continental breakfast every morning (they make their own yogurt!). To a person the young staff was very helpful and cheerful. They all clearly seemed to love their city and love working at the hotel. They are of course willing to help with things like restaurant recommendations and reservations. The Hotel is located a short walk from Place St. Georges, where there are many dining options. All in all, we had a really good time in Toulouse and a great stay at the Hotel Des Arts.

Charming staff and decor. Breakfast was so good. I can't thank them so much for finding some amazing gluten free bread. They went out of their way to help us when we had to find our way to the hotel and the parking lot after an exhaustive drive (freeway was closed and it took us 6 hours to get from Pont du Gard to Toulouse - double the time than normal). The service was beyond belief. Thank you so much.
