A 10 minutos del centro en bus. Llegamos màs tarde de las 20h, por teléfono nos dieron el codigo para obtener la llave. Almohada muy incómoda.

Hotel bien situé, personnel très agréable. Sauna et piscine vraiment top.

Suite à ma réservation sur trip.com ( j'ai donc payé mon séjour), je me présente à l'hôtel. La personne de la réception me dit que l'hôtel est complet et qu'il n'a pas ma réservation. Il m'a expliqué que trip.com était le responsable. Me voilà obligé de chercher un autre hôtel en urgence ( et de re-payer bien sûr) J'ai donc payé 2 fois mon séjour. Trip.com et cet hôtel sont à bannir, SCANDALEUX. Que dois-je faire maintenant ???

C'est la 3ème fois que nous venons dans cet établissement, nous avons jamais été déçu

Me and my two sons arrived around 1400 to the hotel after long travel and short night day before. Nobody in the hotel, no one answered the phone call even (automatic message). Checking on Sundays at 1700. Checking out at 1000 morning. They need 7 hrs to prepare the room. Few years ago it was much better and better contact. From year or two it is getting worst and worst. I had to take another hotel, more normal and with good staff. It is a nice hotel, with swimming pool and sauna, nice big and comfortable rooms. The no contact with the hotel destroyed everything.

Everyone is so nice in this hotel. People are very nice, the food is very good and the activities are great. Except the reception who treated us very badly at check in.

Staff were nice. I believe they were doing their best but the place is very run down. The swimming pool is tiny, it's impossible to enjoy it. Beds are uncomfortable, very old. Bathroom is in a desperate need of an update. Enclosed parking was good.

The room needs serious updating especially the carpet and bathroom. It didn't feel clean enough.
