We booked this hotel on 26/7/2022-27/7/2022 via Booking under ref 3819055270. Hotel got our agreement for prepayment , then hotel debited 2 weeks in advance. Hôtel got our prepayment, then call us to give instruction how to get there and what to do during our stay. The day before arrival, hotel requested us to update credit card. We did it and do not understand why they need it because we already paid our accommodation .When we are in Toulon, hotel told us that they did cancel our reservation without any reason. We had to find the other hotel in Toulon at highest price in the last minutes. It took us a lot of time to get refunded our prepayment from Booking and we thought it was sorted out in Sep 2022, but. 2Months later /Nov 2022, the hotel debited us the second time without any booking from us. We sent the email or message to hotel via WhatsApp, but no feedback until now. We had to claim it back to Booking due to fraud partner of Booking. Be awared of scammed business of this hotel and do not allow them to access your debit card . Try to pay directly on arrival. Otherwise, it is hard to get your money back .

A FUIR...CE N EST PAS UN HOTEL de simples chambres d'hôtes avec wc commun et réglement intérieur stalinien et process de présentation trompeur décrié par des centaines de touristes vous serez en prison, vous devrez donner de main a main 500 euros d'espèces en arrivant, vous ne pourrez entrer que de 15 a 17 h, a 22 h tout sera fermé à clé. Vous ne pourrez pas partir avant 8h mais vous devrez le faire pour 10h Même avec la mention ANNULABLE et PREPAIEMENT NON REQUIS dès la seconde où vous réservez vous serez débité et recevrez un document avec mention non annulable. Ce débit est effectué pour le compte bancaire d'une société radiée 298 See View Malheureusement, nous avons découvert les avis des autres voyageurs bien trop tard sur trip advisor, pages jaunes, avis google, pour ce lieu appelé tour a tour "LES"TERRASSES DE LA MER, "LE" COTE D'AZUR, "LE" SAINT LOUIS PLAGE, "LE" PATRICK, "LES" FLOTS BLEUS, "L'" AMELISIA, "LE" 298 SEEVIEW "LA" BELLE VUE NOTRE EXPERIENCE Le matin du jour de notre arrivée, a 8H15 , un homme nous appelle, se faisant passer pour LA conciergerie et nous annonce que ce n'est pas un hotel, tout d'un bloc et toutes ces conditions que vous n'avez pas vues PARCE QUE AVEC LES SUPERS AVIS DE BOOKING (qui efface les avis trop négatifs ou ne prend pas en compte les résas payées mais annulées) vous réservez presque les yeux fermés et parce vous êtes "en confiance". booking n'est pas votre ami et en aucun cas ne se sent engagé, malgré les centaines de témoignages, et sans compter ceux qui sont effacés par booking. Après la lecture de ces avis, nous avons fait opposition à notre carte.
