La verdad que el personal muy amable y correcto la habitación muy estrecha no se podía pasar casi entre las dos camas inservibles y el escritorio y además la televisión prácticamente inútil apenas se veían seis canales por lo demás bien

El trato recibido tanto por el director del hotel como por el personal ha sido exquisito. Volveríamos mañana mismo. Y el desayuno buffet, así como el encargado de la entrada al buffet, excelente. Muy agradable. Todo el personal merece muy buena valoración, así como la limpieza de las instalaciones.

Me and my family came on holiday for Easter and I have to say the staff are lovely and we felt very welcomed. Everything super clean and all the staff so friendly. I want to make a special mention to foysal at the bar he was gentleman and so kind to my children. And I think his name is vladimir on reception was very helpful on the desk. There was a great selection of food and it was very good. All the people working in catering were amazing. The hotel is in the perfect place and close to the beach. 100% highly recommended. Hotel well located, the food is great. We has a room looking to the sea. The matress is perfect. We enjoyed the gym and the spa. The staff is always trying to help the clients. The cleaning staff is doing a great job. The parking is located a few minutes from the hotel. The animation program ir running all day and specially for the childs. We will come again next June. Do not go to this hotel. Our room was like a 1* hostel - the bed was falling apart. We asked to be moved and were abruptly told there were none available. Food was ok, but all labelled in Spanish and staff very rude. Food was served berakfast (1.5hours) Lunch (1.5hours) Dinner (1.5 hours - 8pm - 9.30pm) No food available in between times (Meant to be all inclusive) No gym/spa/wellness centre - was told by reception it was because there was a drought! There was zero entertainment. We arrived at 10.30pm and couldnt even get a glass of water - the whole place was closed. Staff at reception very rude - has no time for us. The sister hotel it brags about is a housing centre for Asylum Seekers who got priority meals/housekeeping & they had access to gym etc.

I have only given this place 2 stars as was clean and comfortable bed. The hotel advertises activities both day and night where were these activities then? Because I never found them all there was was a radio playing in the background around the pool in the daytime and in the evening there was just a DJ that was only on twice in the week and that was it. The hotel describes entertainment for children and adults and do a variety of games, etc. I would advise not to take children as there is nothing for them. The staff are miserable and do not bother speaking to you unless you say hello to them just a smile would do, but they didn’t even do that. The food was awful. cold and the same thing most days. The description of the food was in Spanish so unless it was obvious what the food was you Wasn’t to know . when asking the staff what the food was they didn’t know either. There were flies galore landing on the cold options . We ate out most days the food was that bad. I’m not a fussy eater by any means. The pool was in a shady area so hardly any sun came through. The area was lovely and we spent most days on the beach. The hotel was like a prison and boring. We had to go out every evening spending money. I choose hotels with entertainment so we don’t have to go out every night . Tossa hotel is false advertisement. Please avoid like the plague and definitely do not take children as they will be bored stiff. Definitely won’t go back.

Well start with the good points rooms are ok hotel nice and clean the 2 bar staff lads are really nice . Bad points The food is nearly the same everyday and cold and had to use the microwave to warm the food up. When your having a few drinks in the evening they turn the lights out at 11 as if to say it`s bed time like naughty kids. Would not go again because of the food and lights out at 11 which is a shame.

beautiful beach shame, it shingles, not sand. With the backdrop of the castle, this is one beach that you will not forget. Unfortunately, people have no awareness of personal space and sit basically on top of you. Hopefully, they bring the smoking policy to this beautiful beach as all you see is left over cigarettes
