Ke Villas

This was a last minute booking and we couldn’t have been happier to snag the last villa available. We had a second floor apartment that was perfectly appointed. It met all of our needs and wants and the location was ideal. Go! You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful well equipped villas situated in the perfect location to explore the island. Gerry was the perfect host, nothing was to much trouble and he even provided a hire car service with drop off to the airport. Breakfast was available and very good value as was the beers

I visited Carrot Bay in June of 2023 after hoping and planning and trying for years. I had planned the trip for 2022 and had to cancel my reservations at Ke Villas because I got Covid. Ke Villas cancelled my room and never charged me. I was so grateful for their quick response. When I arrived in June 2023 I loved everything about Ke Villas. My room was so close to the beach I could hear the waves pounding with the door shut and the air conditioning on. I had a large room that included a kitchen, a table and chairs, and a bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I had a porch, a calabash tree, coconut trees, and more flowers than I could count. There is something of a jungle in the back yard, and in the evening I could listen to jungle sounds. They have a cafe with an ocean view where I had my breakfast. The owner often joined me for chats and for walks around the property, where he told me all about his trees, his garden, various treasures (brain coral, for instance!), and Sage Mountain, which is behind the property. I loved everything about Ke Villas!

Ke Villas was a great choice. The grounds were well maintained, the room was comfortable and the view outstanding. Beautiful sunsets, the peaceful sound of the surf, what more could you ask for. Charles takes pride in his establishment and it shows. Having visited Tortola many times we knew the location was a short drive from the best beaches - Smugglers Cove, Long Bay and Cane Garden Bay. We were very pleased, it was perfect for a couple.

Ke Villas for the win… again! This is our second trip her and it won’t be our last. The location is great, the rooms are great, and the service is fantastic! We have great conversations with the owners and we definitely feel like family :) Until next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Ke Villas. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well fit out. We had an upstairs room with an ocean view patio deck. The breakfast was yummy. Afternoon cocktails were very pleasant. Recommendations for dinners and activities were spot-on. They are even affiliated with a rental car company to help you explore this wonderful island. They also provided transportation to/from the property. Ke Villas comes highly recommended.
