Location was near both beaches and nightlife without being so close as to be annoying. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

Stayed in hotel for five nights end of April. Hotel is stunning and well looked after by staff. Very clean and staff couldn’t be more helpful. As per other reviews the pool is mainly shaded until around 11am and the pool is absolutely freezing but in the hight of summer will be appreciated. There are Bali beds for hire around the pool which we made use of which was an extra luxury the hotel offered for a price of €40. We also used the beds on the roof top pool which is absolutely beautiful, again for a price of €75. Only downfall is WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms, works everywhere in the hotel but have to be on the balcony for it to connect. Will definitely be returning. Weather was lovely, an hour or two of rain one day but other than that boiling hot.

This hotel is by far the best in the area.Good location right near the beach . We upgraded to suite at a very reasonable price and it’s amazing,with separate area upstairs with jacuzzi and double sun lounger and the room its self is excellent. The breakfast here is quality and with plenty of choice.The staff are all very pleasant and friendly. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Where do I start ? This hotel is amazing .Hubby and I have got back this afternoon from a long weekend away staying here .The staff are amazing ! So pleasant and helpful .Everywhere is spotless and the hotel has a lovely contemporary feel . The food ! OMG ! 5 star plus .We had a beautiful room overlooking the beach which is over the road . Bed and pillows are so comfy …all in all I couldn’t fault anything about it …wouldn’t hesitate to return which we definitely do ! The hotel is within a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 mins and you are in the heart of Palma Nova itself with lots of eateries and pubs .

Fantastic! The staff were so attentive & friendly, especially Sese on reception. We initially were given a side view room which was tiny. Really cramped & a little worn & tatty. We requested to be moved & they kindly moved us to a Terrace Room which was wonderful. Still pretty small but a much better layout so felt bigger & a huge terrace with stunning sea views. The cleaning staff were wonderful, room service excellent & the food! Oh my goodness it was out of this world! Location of the hotel is excellent. Literally across the road from the beautiful sandy beach and a few lovely bars & restaurants. The only downside of the hotel is the pool is very, very cold and there’s no shallow area, so not great if you’re not a strong swimmer. No sun until midday either because of the layout of the pool area. Obviously no fault of the hotel, it’s simply how the hotel is situated. Would highly recommend this hotel & can’t wait to return.

We came here on Honeymoon!! Oh my goodness we loved it from the moment we arrived, staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. We were offered an upgrade and prosecco to the room! Pool staff were so happy, and brought drinks to you while sunbathing. The breakfast, the selection was unbelievable! The location was perfect, across from the beach, small supermarket opposite the front door, a small walk away from nightlife and great restaurants. This hotel really did tick all the boxes, romantic, friendly, great rooms, clean and the bed was so comfy! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel one of the best in the area , breakfast was very good , it’s not a 5 star in my opinion but a very good 4 star hotel.. Bed was very comfortable , the terrace room was brilliant as it had loungers on the balcony so no need to go down to the pool Can’t fault it for the price Loved the chilled vibe around the hotel and nothing was too much trouble the reception staff were excellent

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality shown by the staff truly stood out—especially from receptionist Said and security guard Patricio. Said greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make check-in smooth and stress-free, offering local tips and making us feel instantly at home. Throughout our stay, he remained incredibly helpful, patient, and always had a friendly smile, no matter how busy things got at the front desk. Patricio, the security guard, was equally impressive. He was always present, attentive, and made us feel completely safe and well cared for. His respectful demeanor and willingness to assist with directions or questions at any hour did not go unnoticed. Both of them brought a personal touch to the hotel that made a real difference. It's staff like Said and Patricio that turn a good hotel experience into a great one.
