這個酒店屬於度假酒店，不屬於傳統的四星級商務酒店，有很多英國度假旅行團，出門就是海灘。房間很大並單獨帶一個起居室，各項服務中規中矩，也沒有傳説中的不堪，從價格來看可以接受。

Hotel was clean most of the staff are lovely plenty of entertainment for kids /adults the only issuse we had was when my 72 yr old mother ,sister and 2 daughters got stuck in the lift between the 7th and 8th floor reception had to be told 3 times which resulted in them being stuck between the floors for over 20 mins when I asked could my mother who has mobility issues and relys on her wheelchair sometimes as she can't walk for long periods to be moved from the 8th to 1st floor or a lower floor for the last 2 night I was basically told it was not thier problem as there was no availability and what did I want them to do take someone from a lower room and put my mother in it they didn't think so my mother ,sister and daughters are now suffering with knee and back pain my mother has bruises on the backs of her legs from having to shimmy to the edge of the lift and try climb up a ladder to squeeze out of the lift also food was not great a picky eater will struggle to find something but there are plenty of places around the hotel to eat and drink

Entertainment team is incredible! Fabulous shows and really polite and helpful!! Food is also amazing! Especially snack bar!!

Hotel is really nice and the entertainment staff are lovely and amazing, all so funny and great with the kids, shows are all great and very funny.

The best part of this trip was the entertainment team. The gold band is not worth the money. Ants in bathroom. Poolside flooring broken uneven.

If you're expecting a true 4-star experience, this hotel may fall short—it aligns more closely with a 3-star standard in terms of service and facilities. 🌟 Highlights: - Prime location just a five-minute stroll from the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. - Exceptional staff in catering and cleaning—especially the snackbar lady, whose positivity and work ethic truly stood out. - Junior suites are spacious, modern, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, and excellent air conditioning. - Food variety shows effort, with themed cuisine nights, although the execution sometimes misses the mark (e.g. “French night” featuring only French fries). ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: - Overcrowded facilities during peak times—long queues at restaurants, bars, sunbeds, and entertainment events were common. - Worn infrastructure, including broken toilet locks and shower heads, plus damaged sunbeds and heavy umbrellas that pose safety risks. - Hidden fees for essentials like beach towels, room safes, and parking (10–12€/day), though nearby free parking is available. - Exclusive areas are off-limits unless you pay extra (16€/day), which feels unfair to standard all-inclusive guests. - Entertainment program is enthusiastically delivered by the staff, but largely underwhelming—mostly karaoke and internal shows. 💭 Final Thoughts: While there were commendable elements—especially the staff and location—the overall value didn’t match the price. The hotel seems more focused on cutting corners than enhancing guest experience. Sadly, it didn’t leave a lasting impression, and I wouldn’t return.

Our family, 2 adults, 2 children (12 & 17 yrs) just returned from our first stay at Hotel Puente Real. We had a really lovely time staying all inclusive in a Junior Suite Pool View from which was ideal for us. Beds were comfortable & cleaning was offered to us everyday. The location is really good. A short trip from the airport. Opposite the beach & a nice scenic walk or short taxi to the main strip in Torremelinos. The entire staff from start to finish were helpful & friendly, even when they were under pressure. The buffet restaurant is huge & busy at all times. We found the food to be very nice & something for everyone. A better system for guests moving around is probably needed as lots of walking into each other at times. Bar staff were a delight as were the very busy staff at the snack bar. The snack bar needs a bigger location for sure to cope with the demand. Pools like a lot of hotels in peak season isn't big enough for the demand so advice is get in line before 9am to be sure you can get a bed although they do free up again during the afternoon. The entertainment team were stand out fantastic at this hotel. The programme was full everyday & everyone was invited to get involved whether in the water or at the poolside. We give them our biggest star overall.

Whoever gave 5star review to this hotel has no self respect. People and staff around this place are lovely,but everything else is just not. Please if you are thinking of spending your hard earned money here, think twice. air conditioning didn’t exist in our room number 2208. Half of our holiday was spent waiting for lift which is ridiculous. Got locked out of the room 3 times in 2 days because cards stopped working for no reason. Rooms are very basic and beds are definitely not to a industry standard. Food and drinks are not bad. If you’re thinking of getting sunbed between 9am and 5pm i wish you a good luck. Waaay to many people for this size facility. Location is very good but thats all. This was supposed to be relaxing holiday for our family but it just wasn’t. Please read all reviews before booking. Definitely wouldn’t recommend especially for this price. Loads of potential but no one really cares.

We paid for superior rooms, really don’t bother. They placed three single beds into a tiny room (no bedrooms no privacy) three adults. Toilet was dirty. Receptionist didn’t care one bit just told come back tomorrow then come back in the afternoon. It use to be a lovely hotel but very poor standards

Friendliest staff, very accommodating and makes sure you are cared for. Chicken at the snack bar was 10/10 would recommend. Badir is extremely generous with the alcoholic drinks. Very entertaining also.
