Torre Delle Stelle Residence

We are a family of 4. We stayed at Apulia residence from the 18th to the 25th of August. The apartment was clean and well self-contained with air-con and a lovely little balcony with a spectacular view of the sea. Please note that even if *********** says 700 meters from the sea, they mean in a straight line. So the actual place is about 2 kilometers away from the nearest beach. It is up on a hill of partly unpaved road. You will definitely need a car. Near the apartments, there is a bar run by a lovely girl called Federica, who is very helpful and likable. there is also a restaurant with a small but adequate menu and in the evening they also serve pizza. The gem in my opinion in this place is Dorel who is at the reception and in charge of welcoming you and taking you to your apartment and helping with anything you may need. We had originally booked only for three nights but we wanted to extend our stay as it was very pleasant to be there and Dorel helped us a lot. There is also a swimming pool that the kids loved a lot. It is run by the restaurant staff and we found that it wasn't as well maintained as it could be (hence my very good grade instead of excellent) but nevertheless nice to be around it and spend time during the hottest part of the day or in the evening. As I said in my heading the place is so higher up that you get a lovely breeze and stunning views of sunsets. We would be happy to go back and I recommend it to couples and families.

Horrible dirty place, with extra fees for everything!! Rooms are dirty and disgusting you can see dead spiders and flies everywhere, mold in toilets no air con. Nice views but thats the only good thing about this place. Pool dirty we havent use it even once Plus to get to the hotel you need to walk very long on the top of steep hill so not very good if you dont have a car. Highly not recommend!

Wir haben die Torre delle Stelle Residence vom 13.06. bis 16.06. über *********** gebucht – und sind schockiert über die Zustände vor Ort. Das zugewiesene Apartment war dreckig, stickig und in einem unhygienischen Zustand. Bereits beim Betreten war klar, dass hier weder ordentlich gereinigt noch ausreichend gelüftet wurde. Der Pool, der bei *********** als Highlight beworben wird, war geschlossen – ohne jede Vorankündigung. Als wir an der Rezeption um Hilfe baten, wurde uns gesagt, dass nur der Manager etwas entscheiden könne – dieser war aber nicht erreichbar. Man versicherte uns immerhin, dass eine Abreise nach der ersten Nacht „kein Problem“ sei. Wir reisten also nach nur einer Nacht ab, da es für uns unzumutbar war. Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme über *********** und direkt mit der Unterkunft haben wir bis heute keine Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzten Nächte erhalten. Die Kommunikation ist nicht vorhanden, die Versprechen wurden gebrochen. Fazit: Miserabler Zustand der Unterkunft Falsche Angaben (z. B. zum Pool) Schlechter Kundenservice Kein Entgegenkommen trotz offensichtlicher Mängel Absolute Enttäuschung. Ich kann nur dringend abraten – nie wieder!

Che dire...... Un fine settimana rilassante , un tramonto spettacolare , uno dei più belli che abbia mai visto,ed un silenzio impagabile. Ringrazio Roberto ed il suo staff, persone semplici e squisite, presto ritorneremo a trovarvi..Un saluto da Mirko e Daniela.

Hotel con comodas habitaciones, muy amplias. Diseño y decoración muy simple pero limpias y ordenadas. Linda vista al mar. Buen precio. Un poco alejado de la playa. Costaba encontrar la ubicacion ya que está en la punta del cerro. Tienen una pequeña mesa de comedor y cocina para prepararse desayuno, ademas de un pequeño estar. Además con una terraza muy agradable para sentarse en las tardes a mirar el mar.

Complimenti a tutto lo staff dell’animazione siete stati straordinari in tutto,a partire dall’animazione in struttura all’animazione in spiaggia,e concludendo la sera con luci canti e balli,veramente un’emozione speciale,ma volevo salutare al super NICOLA,una persona veramente preziosa per la struttura,complimenti,sei stato dal primo giorno una persona che rende partecipe tutta la vacanza GRAZIE NICOLA
