Allison and Michael have a beautiful guest house with lovely rooms and are extremely kind and make sure your stay with them is relaxing, friendly and fun. Nothing is too much trouble for them and breakfast is first class. The best hosts I have ever met. We thank them very much for a brilliant stay.

It was our first anniversary holiday in Britain Allison and Michael were the most amazing hosts from our arrival to our departure house is beautiful and immaculate breakfast is absolutely amazing must try the amazing sausages 😂😂 and i would highly recommend the pizza option for an evening in Would definitely recommend Kingston house we would definitely return

This guest house is delightful and we would totally recommend. Alli and Michael are very friendly and helpful and could not of done anything more to make our stay more comfortable. They have literally thought of everything. The spotlessly clean rooms have everything you need including a fridge, coffee machine, fan and air conditioning ( which we really appreciated given the extremely hot weather we had during our visit). Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. Honestly, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay again if ever in that area!

Very friendly hosts and very accommodating. Room lovely, spacious, quiet and clean. Bed and pillows very comfy. Breakfast was lovely, good quality and fresh and plenty of it, plenty of choices.

This was our third visit to Kingston House and as always Alli and Michael were there to greet us with hot towels, tea/coffee and scones, it feels like home from home. Both Alli and Michael are fantastic hosts who will stop at nothing to make your stay enjoyable including going the extra mile to provide special breakfast treats like Smoked Salmon to compliment the already excellent breakfast menu which is always prepared and presented to a very high standard. The rooms are presented to a very high standard with lots of additional touches coffee machine, mini fridge and air conditioning to name a few. We had a wonderful week and have already booked for next year. Dave & Wendy

The hosts Alli and Michael are fabulous. What lovely people who treat all their guests with friendliness and respect. The room is comfortable and every detail is carefully considered. It, along with the whole house, is tastefully decorated. There is a mini fridge in the room that was stocked with complimentary water and two slices of delicious chocolate cake. The drinks and snacks in the room are provided with a price list and honesty box. The breakfast is exceptional. An easy walk to Torquay esplanade with lots of restaurants and bars, some with live music. Can't rate this B&B highly enough. Thank you Alli and Michael for a wonderful stay

On arrival at Kingston House you are greeted by your hosts Alli and Michael who make you feel so welcome. The rooms are immaculate and you have everything you need. You have a great choice at breakfast time and if there is anything you need or any specific requests you only have to ask as they are only to happy to help. Third time visiting Kingston house, another amazing long weekend. Alli and Michael go above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. The rooms are lovely, packed with everything you need, really comfy beds. And the breakfast is to die for ;) lots of choice and Michael takes pride in his cooking. Kingston house is only a 20 minute walk from the Harbour and there is plenty of things to do nearby. Looking forward to returning again next year and catching up with two fantastic people and hosts.
