The 2nd time I've stopped at this hotel and it's wonderful. Paul and Liz are lovely hosts and nothing is to much for them. The breakfasts are very nice,freshly cooked and piping hot. The hotel itself is in a great location and about a 15 minute walk to the harbour, bars ,and restaurants. Thank you both for a lovely stay. Rob and Cheryl

A lovely, welcoming and very clean and friendly hotel. Well placed for getting into torquay by local bus and reasonably easy to find local parking. Breakfast was well organised and excellent - The sausages alone are worth staying for!! Your stay is what it always should, friendly, relaxed and welcoming. It just could not be better

Outstanding hotel. Ideally situated with a bus stop outside for access to the centre of Torquay. Spotlessly clean with a very attentive hostess and easily the best breakfast to start your day. A real gem and I have stayed in a fair few over the years. Genuinely one of the better places to stay. Highly recommended.

Liz and Paul take great pride in their hotel. Everything is spotlessly clean, quality breakfast and nothing is too much trouble. It is just a short walk down Belgrave Road to the seafront. The railway station is within walking distance which enables you to get to all the local resorts. A great place to stay. Would highly recommend. Christine

Liz and Paul are very lovely couple. We stayed here for 10 days. But we booked a sanded room but felt to closed in. But once we ask if we could ask Liz and pual to change room it was perfect. Miner the 55 steps. Breakfast was lovely but bit samey Parking is very limited behind the bed & breakfast.

You can tell that Liz & paul put everything they can into making this hotel an excellent place to stay. The greeting was warm & friendly (despite a cock-up on the check in time - totally my fault). The room was well appointed, the bed extremely comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely;y stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location in the town of Torquay, its spotlessly clean and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The building, a Victorian terrace is elegantly decorated, warm and comfortable. We liked the residents lounge for a pre evening meal glass of wine or two, we thought the room was charming. The hotel is ten mins walk into town and a bus stop is a few strides away. There is limited parking around the rear of the building but it looked tight for access so we used the information supplied by the hotel owners and parked in a unrestricted street a couple of minutes walk away which suited our needs better. A fabulous stay and would highly recommend

Hotel is an amazing find. So convenient for the beach, theatre and places to eat. Liz and Paul obviously put a lot of effort into keeping the hotel well maintained and spotlessly clean. Although there is very little parking there is plenty of street parking and Liz provides a map with details. I must also mention the breakfast which was a treat. We will be back I’m sure

Fantastic as always cannot fault anything liz and paul are amazing and always accommodating for whatever you require best place to stay in torquay would thoroughly recommend. Breakfast is out of this world perfectly cooked. Clean and spotless through the property definitely the best value for money in torquay
