Amazing little hotel for the price. Comfy beds, nice view of harbour. Lovely breakfast, just what you would expect from Premier Inn. The staff made the stay even better, attentive and quick to respond. Brilliant. It is up a hill from the harbour so be careful of the that, but then you get better views. We paid a little more to see the harbour, it was worth it. Would definitely recommend.

excellent stay, clean, friendly staff , buffet style breakfast with good choice, nice bar area ,parking is on harbour car park behind premier inn at a cost of 9.50 per night so if you have much luggage pull up outside and unload before parking as its a trek otherwise

Best breakfast, fresh, hot and a good selection. Customer service was excellent staff were very friendly and helpful. Chef was so friendly and encouraged our children to try new food. Room was clean and bed was amazing. Will definitely return

Perfect location to walk into Torquay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Food was excellent and value for money, especially the meal deal and kids were free for breakfast and dinner. Was a bit worried about the car parking due to some of the reviews, but it was fine, my husband dropped us off at the front of the hotel with the luggage and then parked the car in the allocated spaces for the hotel. Paying was no problem, machine was in reception. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have booked again for October.

Lovely location lovely rooms and food friendly staff bed was comfy we only stayed one night but will definitely be back Breakfast was buffet which is lovely help your self to coffee etc ...............................................

Hotel clean and tidy and good condition and located close to town. Staff excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Food very good always hot and good choice will definitely stay again when visiting Torquay or close by. Would definitely recommend

Great room and friendly staff, excellent value for money. Food was really good and great value, room was clean and we were lucky to have a great view. Only downside is car park is a few minutes walk (car park lift out of order). Shame there wasn’t reserved spaces in the closer part of car park lift.

Great hotel, very clean. Breakfast is very good. Housekeeper Debbie deserves a special mention as I left a note on my door asking for more coffee, milk etc and she supplied everything including changing cups etc and left a nice note. Made my day, thanks Debbie. Well worth staying at the hotel as a great location for the harbour and town.

When booking the site didn't say you you had to pay for parking. If your not very mobile the walk to the carpark may not be suitable. The life was out of action not sure how long for. My first room was not clean but this was sorted straight away. Food was very good. Plates nice and hot. Staff are so nice and friendly
