Ulasan Torquay Tropicana Motel

I had a lovely short stay at the Tropicana hotel. Check in was quick and easy, the room was spacious and nice and clean. The woman and man working at the hotel were both very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very very Average Motel, needs a revamp and upgrade looks very dated compared to other motels in this upper price bracket.

Arrived Sat evening at 6pm - was just given a key and told where to park so service was pretty lacking Room was far from what was sold on the website - we had a spa room which said hot tub but was actually a dirty jacuzzi style bath tub Room was dated, dirty and mould above windows in bathroom. Definitely wasn’t blackout curtains either as stated on website. We had a 2yr old staying in the main room and had to block out the light ourselves Also only air con in the sitting room not the bedroom which on a night that was around 28degrees outside was not pleasant at all. No fans provided either, we went to ask at reception for 1 but no one was there at 8pm even though it said reception open to 9pm Good location though and easy parking Really wasn’t worth the $400 a night price tag

Very dated, in need of complete renovation, bed’s very old and soft but cheap. Old TV not working properly.

Check in was good , parking very close to door , room was clean bed was good , kitchenette a bit cramped

Kids loved the pool and spa facilities! We had a room with a spa which worked well but there was a lot of damage/ chips in and around the spa in the bathroom which impacted how appealing it looked. But everything was in clean condition. Not bad for the price! Great location, too.

Booked fairly short notice - was great!! Enjoyed table tennis, easy parking, easy drive to town, friendly and informative staff. Some things a bit dated, but nothing wrong with them.

Clean and basic accommodation- every basic need is taken care of. Very convenient location. Close drive to beach and shops and everything torquay has to offer. Staff are lovely and look after any request you may have about the property. Nice and quiet at night. Pool as well if ur having a lazy day or arvo.

Checking in was great, people working were so nice, and room was clean and comfortable!

Motel was in a quiet location. Room was clean. Use of laundry, pool and spa. Staff exceptional!!
