Very comfortable lodgings, welcoming host- great comms. Comfortable rooms, everything that you need inc very Wi-Fi, although EE mobile worked well; good freeview tv too. Close to the ferry (stops at 2130) and high street, plenty of parking. Nice breakfast and friendly chef-host. Great value. Ideal as a base to explore from or a family get together. Some upstairs floor 2 rooms have a view over the Tamar.

We rented the whole house for a family gathering, Very clean and comfortable , everyone slept well , everything you need and a 2 minute walk from Torpoint town , with some great pubs and takeaways , highly recommended

Residential area, plenty street parking. Clear and easy to follow instructions from owners to get keys. Lovely house, well presented with large lounge with board games and books. Stayed in Nunns room on top floor which is a twin, good size room same with the ensuite. Good choice of drinks on hospitality tray and nice touch with the chocolate biscuits! Beds very comfortable and very quiet area so got a good night sleep. Special thanks to Sanvy who greeted us so warmly at breakfast setting us up for the day with a delicious cooked breakfast! This is a really good b&b, and its only a few mins walk into the town to get to the shops and close to the ferry terminal.

Arrival was very easy, instructions text to us on the day. Lovely room, everything we needed provided. Great view from the room, super breakfast and lovely to chat with fellow guests. This was a nostalgic trip for us, visiting HMS Raleigh for first time in 52 years, the hotel was ideally situated for this.

Fantastic Bed and Breakfast and highly recommend, easy to find and room was very comfortable, breakfast excellent and communications perfect. Was texted very specific instructions on the arrival date and had to use the door lock box on arrival.

nice place on a quiet road, well equiped rooms, great entry system, self check in. is on my list of hotels for the plymouth area in the future, easy to get to shops pubs the torpoint ferry. very nice

Excellent check in via text by Milton. Extremely clean. Rooms well equipped with kettle and tea coffee etc nice touches toiletries. Breakfast is superb cooked by Pascalle in a beautiful open kitchen with a full english cooked to order.
