Hotel Spa di Toronto

There was no offer to assist us with the luggage and we had to use stairs. Reception was very friendly and gave a quiet room as requested. However the room is far away from the gym and pool. Room is nice but small. The down side of our trip was the room service that did the beds but did not clean up the bar and there was no conditioner top up throughout the stay. Requesting refill etc was quite disruptive to our evening as the staff could not fulfil the requested properly without multiple visits. They have a nice luggage room and allow guest to keep their belongings safely. Generally we had a better experience at the Fairmont in Montréal.

The hotel does not have hot water boiler, microwave and other facilities. There are several iron hooks on the bed frame at the bottom of the big bed to prevent the mattress from shifting. It is easy to hurt your feet when falling off the bed. The room is close to the train track and there is noise. It is acceptable not to open the window. Fortunately, it stops running late at night.

The girl at the front desk is very elegant. Inside and outside the hotel are stylish and stylish, and the rooms are fresh and beautiful. Very comfortable. The entrance is NOT on Yonge street. But the location is excellent and the customer service is amazing. It’s not a new hotel but is clean and big. I didn’t get to use it, but there is a laundry room on the first floor and it’s free for the guests! I highly recommend this hotel.

This place has it all. The service and valet parking was very easy to deal with. The rooms are big and clean. The lounge is very nice and comfortable. The gym, pool and hot tub are also great features. I recommend staying here.

Good location and nice king size bed room Just wifi needs to pay and free for Marriott member only I am the Marriott member but during the check out , it charges me wifi fee , after discussion, then it was waived as I am the member , I would suggest to Offer free wifi for hotel customers as this is very common in all other high class hotels

Everything is great except the location is a bit far from dt! The hotel is very new and the service attitude is super good. We asked for help with printing and it was ready quickly.

Food was under average for a Hotel of this status. I ate in room as well as at the lobby restaurant twice during my two night stay. Just not putting any effort for that little bit extra that is needed to get a thumbs up and have people remembering that this Hotel respects food too.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Delta Downtown Toronto! We were treated like favoured guests, our every request was handled with professionalism and real concern for our happiness with the quality of our stay, and every staff member was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The room was spotless and gorgeously appointed; even the bathroom was stunning with a fantastic view of the city. Our only sad point was that the pool closed the weekend we stayed there, for what I presume was emergency maintenance, which was disappointing. I would stay with Delta again for sure; fantastic hotel chain!

The windows are not very soundproof, it's a bit noisy, earplugs are provided in the room, it seems the store owner knows this The breakfast is OK, but the price of breakfast alone is not cheap The front desk service is good and the attitude is also very good
