We loved the place, clean, easy access for our needed. Friendly people. We enjoyed every single moment.

I booked online on a late night and arrived at the hotel. They refused to allow me in, said this is a private residence. I had to leave and book another hotel that night. And they still charged my card. Need my money back immediately.

갑자기 숙소를 갔음에도 불구하고 괜찮은 숙소였다. 위치도 좋았고 객실 내 시설들도 다 좋았다. Cn타워도 객실.안에서 보였다.

按照酒店所給的地址完全找不到，那裡是個漢堡店：South Street Burger。 打電話問，得知位於漢堡店斜對面的300 Front St（酒店後來也給我發了Email，顯示地址為300 Front St）。 入住，把東西放下，問Wi-Fi。前台説：沒有Wi-Fi。 外出後回來，發現我的箱子被扔在樓道里。旁邊一個紙條：給錯了房間，這裏另有人居住。現在請交還原來的鑰匙，到前台換房間。 檢查扔在樓道中的行李，發現自己最心愛的水杯，丟了。

チェックインにすごく時間がかかった。料金に見合っていない。

Property is overall ok in a great location and relatively to other places a great price (also affordable parking for downtown). It met all of our needs overall, our only major issue was not being able to use the Wi-Fi despite the instructions provided.

Property was well maintained, central location. Nice options for food and activities nearby. Instructions to check-in, park, and check-out were clear and concise. Would book again, and recommend to others.

The room smelled sour off and on . It was nauseating. The main tv, we couldn’t get it to connect to any channels . Which was hard with having kids who like to watch tv before bed . The rooms were a lot smaller than what online looked like . Won’t come back

Great location and enough space for our family of 5. Accommodations were clean and had everything we needed during our stay.

It was good experience, in apartment I find everything I need. Bed sheets was so white, good area to stay. I recommend this apartment.

Kind of ok to stay poor communication to get check in need to wait 20 minutes after getting there to get keys

Pictures are much nicer than the actual place. No concierge on site, they just help you check in and out. Bathroom was small, very small shower stall, shower had no caddy or something to put your toiletries at all which was inconvenient. I will not stay here again, next time I’ll get an actual hotel.

The rooms were nice and fairly priced. It appears that I had to pay two forms of deposits, one through ******* and one through the building itself. Overall, excellent location with an amazing view. I will stay there again.

It was actually great, the employees were very accommodating (shout out to Haf) and helped me with every request I gave. It was easy to check-in and out too. I paid online and it was all set, all I had to do was get the key from the front desk. We were located in the 33th floor and the view was so great. The place was very very spacious for just two people and decoratively nice too! Towels, hangers, and kitchenwares /utensils were complete. They even had cooking oil and salt which was a big help for me. There were just few things that I wished they changed such as the tv itself- it was a lil complicated to use and kinda outdated, the washroom had no locks, very few sockets-we couldn't figure out where to charge our phones in the living room area, and the bed was kinda squeaky. The place wasn't the same as the picture posted but the room we got was still nice and comfortable. Just not the same. Other than that, everything was great especially for the price in the center of downtown Toronto. Would definitely come back again some time.
