Bon rapport qualité prix La chambre est petit me et basique (1 lit simple, un bureau, un placard), vous en aurez pour le prix payé. Bon rapport qualité prix. La localisation est bonne (sans être exceptionnelle), faut compter 10min de marche pour atteindre un quartier avec plusieurs supermarchés, restaurants. Et une 30/40min de marche pour atteindre le centre de Toronto. Un arrêt de tram juste en face de la résidence, mais lors de mon séjour, il y avait apparement des travaux et l'arrêt n'était pas desservi. Seul point (vraiment) négatif est la réception. La fille au Check-in avait l'air d'être dérangée que je vienne faire mon Check-in. Pas un bonjour pas un sourire. Au checkout, une autre personne et ce n'était bien meilleur...

First of all, I must say that the price of this accommodation was less than half of what I was paying for other accommodations, of course, hotels, and they can't be compared. Therefore, at my age, it was my mistake to book a private room with a shared bathroom, as it was about 30 meters from my room, which had no refrigerator, TV, microwave, or coffeemaker. It was a simple, clean student dorm with a single bed and a decent closet. The blackout curtain wasn't that "blackout," and by 6:30 AM, a lot of light was coming in, making it difficult to sleep. I should clarify that I knew all this before booking; it didn't surprise me, but at this stage of my life, I admit I made a mistake. I've previously stayed in the University of Quebec residences, and the experience was totally different, although, again, so was the price. Setting aside my age and habits, the price is good for what it offers, as the shower had good pressure and it was clean. The location is very good, on the edge of Kensington and all the downtown attractions, with good public transport links. Reception and key collection (for all buildings) are located opposite, at 40 Wilcock Street.
