Our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. To our surprise, our friends were told that they did not have a reservation, even though they had already prepaid for the first nights of their stay and had proof of payment. Instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, they were eventually placed in a poor, outdated room without any explanation, compensation, or discount. Our own accommodation was equally disappointing. The house we were given looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It was much smaller than expected, and the sofa bed provided for our child was tiny and extremely uncomfortable. Our child had a very difficult time sleeping because of it. The beach arrangement was another major disappointment. Although sunbeds and umbrellas were advertised as complimentary, we were repeatedly pressured every few minutes to order something because there was a mandatory minimum spend of €20. The prices were outrageous—a beer cost €8—and there was very little choice on the menu. The owners' attitude throughout our stay was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, but for some reason they always left the doors and windows open and pulled back the shutters and curtains before leaving. This made the room unbearably hot and allowed mosquitoes and other insects to get inside. To make matters worse, there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. Overall, the accommodation was nothing like what was advertised, the customer service was unacceptable, and the way our friends were treated upon arrival was completely unprofessional. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and we would not recommend this property to anyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Castro Deluxe in Toroni! From the moment we arrived, we felt a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you into holiday mode. A special mention must go to the owner. Her vibrant Mediterranean temperament and energy bring so much soul and charm to this place. She is incredibly hospitable and attentive. She makes every guest feel truly welcome, which adds a beautiful personal touch to the whole experience. The entire vibe of the place is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The sea in Toroni is simply beautiful, crystal clear, and perfect for a relaxing swim. On top of that, our mornings were perfect thanks to the top-notch, premium coffee they serve, which paired wonderfully with the delicious, freshly made bougatsa, absolutely mouth-watering and a must-try! When it comes to hygiene, everything was spotless. The cleanliness is top-tier, and you can see they really pay attention to details. If you are looking for a relaxing, authentic, and high-quality stay in Toroni, Castro Deluxe is the place to be. We will definitely come back!

Fortunately i did not have accomodation here, just stayed 1 day at their sunbeds. After making 3 trips to unlock the sunbeds (you have to go inside the cafe across the street to tell at which umbrellas you want to stay and they provide a key - it's the 1st time I see this type of mechanism in Greece), the owner informs you that the umbrellas are free - as written on a big sign outside - but you have to order immediatly something to drink from their bar. It was around 13.00 when we arrived on the beach, and after ordering the drinks and paying, the owner told us that what I paid is only available until 15.00, afterwards you have to order something else! I told her it's not normal and fair and should write this rule somewhere to be seen, and she showed me a note behind her counter, where only she had access! After arguing a littlr, she said no problem, i can order later if I want. At 17.00 she appeared on the beach saying that i have to order something else, otherwise I have to leave - her rules! My point, in Toroni there are a lot of sunbeds, umbrellas where the staff is nice and you can make orders throughout the day, don't go to Castro Deluxe! It will ruin you day and honestly I don't think I've met someone less client oriented!!

The place is beautiful,the sea and the beach are clean. There are 10 rooms and served only by one person. we repeatetly asked for soap and toilet paper which were missing The Worst Host that I have ever met!!!!! Keep Away .....

The accommodation is in an exceptional location, it has its own beach, which is very clean and has plenty of space between umbrellas. With an acceptable price for drink, you can use sunbeds and umbrella, while you can taste the salty and sweet pies and cakes. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned every two days, while the view from Balcony to the sea is unforgettable. The rooms were spotless and equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and satellite TV. The balcony offered stunning views of the Toroneos Gulf, making each morning a delight. The property's proximity to local attractions, such as the ancient ruins of Toroni and the picturesque village of Parthenonas, provided ample opportunities for exploration. The on-site facilities, including a children's playground and BBQ area, catered to all our needs. Ms. Dimitra's dedication to ensuring a pleasant stay was truly commendable. We left with fond memories and a desire to return.
