Luckily there was a parking spot just outside the hotel. The reception was friendly. The room was decent. The hotel is at the end of the town, with the restaurants being a short walk away. The restaurant put SO MUCH oil over my salad without asking me first. Please--＞ "let the customer add oil to taste".....

Whenever I've visited Toro I've stayed here. It's a good hotel in a superb location. There are rooms with fantastic views over the plain. I didn't book one of those but luckily had a perfect view of the church. I would strongly recommend this, for the location if nothing else.

The view from our room’s balcony was amazing! The room itself was spacious and very “Old World” but with a modern bathroom. The entire hotel has the feel of true Spanish culture of by gone days. The staff could not have done more to see that we were well taken care of. This hotel is highly recommend

We chose this place for the setting but were not expecting that there was no restaurant and no bar open on the night we stayed . All we were told was ‘we have a problem’. Receptionist ‘recommended’ places to eat in the village, most of which were closed. Rubbish room with the smallest bathroom ever but we got moved due to leaky air conditioning which dripped water all over mut husband’s suitcase. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, there was the self service breakfast - you even had to set your own table and help yourself to milk, juice etc from a carton in the fridge! Stale bread, rubbish croissants and cake things in cellophane wrappers - could it be any worse? Avoid at all costs!

The view from the plaza is incomparable, at day, at night... just have a drink or a snack by the bar and enjoy the view.

Amazing location with fantastic view of the river Duero. Easy to walk to sights , cafés etc. Disappointing that they were not doing any meals except breakfast, no bar or cafe was open whilst we were there. Great shame as they overlooked the lovely view. Were not told this beforehand .

Great location

Centrally located, Cliff-side hotel with stunning views of the Duero valley and the Romanesque cathedral. Very good dining and well-stocked bar.

Très bonne accueil et chambre spacieuse et confortable. Les prestations sont de qualité. Reste un gros problème de stationnement.

Buen Hotel, limpio céntrico y con un personal excelente. Las vistas son impresionantes. Parece que están actualizando sus instalaciones, esperamos ver los resultados en nuestra próxima visita en el mes de Julio. Un abrazo a Carmen de recepción por su atención.

Hotel muy bien situado, pero muy viejo, cristales en ventanas rotos, muebles viejisimos. Estuvimos en Noche vieja y el precio de cena y cotillón fue excesivo para la categoría del hotel, aún así lo contratamos 2 noches, pero no esperábamos que un hotel tan bien situado y rústico estuviera tan estropeado. Después de reservar, nos dijeron que la habitación por ser noche vieja valía 10 euros más de su precio, creo que por lo que pagamos por cena y cotillón ya estaba bien pagado. Encima no avisaron que el día 2 no incluía el desayuno, el cual era escueto en chacina y bollería industrial. Ni un revuelto ni un huevo. Mi marido y yo en concreto por un pan con aceite y un café tuvimos que pagar caso 20 euros, habiendo un bar en la misma esquina. Tal vez por eso no avisan. La cena no estuvo mal pero el cotillón que incluia una copa, se hizo en el bar del hotel, demasiado pequeño para permitir la entrada a tanta gente, por lo que no nos podíamos ni mover, ni que decir pedir otra copa. La música bailona creo que fue lo mejor de la noche. Si no hacen una buen reforma no volveré.

Hotel bien situado pero muy viejo, los muebles se descascarillan. El agua no es potable y no ponen botellas ni tienen máquina accesible para beber. Vinimos a pasar fin de año y aparte de pagar la cena y estancia a precio alto nos han cobrado el desayuno a 10 euros por persona a la salida. No advertían que no estaba el desayuno incluido. En la cena el embutido estaba cortado súper gordo y el desayuno dejaba bastante que desear.

Sin lugar a dudas un buen hotel y bien comunicado con Zamora!!! El trato del persona maravilloso y muy atentos con nosotros.Sin lugar a dudas volveremos .
