Duja Bodrum

Çok eğlendik güldük. Hersek mükemmeldi temizlik çok iyi idi. Bir ihtiyacımız var mı diye sürekli soruldu. Ekip olarak çok iyiler. Bazen yoğunluk olabiliyor ama o kadarı normal karşılanabilir.

This is a nice hotel, in a beautiful setting but it’s enormous and getting around requires a fair bit of walking, as well as lots of steps, lifts and or escalators. There’s lots to like, can’t lie the Starbucks was a definite win for me! Thanks to Ayaz for serving with a smile. Large pool, great use of the sea area with pontoons and concrete areas which offer plenty of space for laybeds and lots of steps direct into the sea. Small beach which is shingle, which has plenty of free cabanas across the top. Plus you can enjoy some paid for services, like a serviced cabanas which are well worth the money for the good service, comfortable laybeds and a little bit of luxury. Duja Bodrum is definitely a little tired in places which is a worry, as still relatively early in the season but with so many guests keeping on top of things has to be hard. Breakfast is reasonable, the later you come the less the choice on offer but plenty of options so you won’t be hungry but there is no fresh squeezed juice on offer. The toaster was an issue the entire time we stayed, toast was getting continually getting stuck and staff were using mental knifes to free it. On our last day it caught light! Staff work very hard and really try to go the extra mile, the night barman in Ray’s bar in particular was fantastic, the night barman Bekir is amazing and I hope I spelt your name right, however the dominance of other guests is prevalent, with staff opting to serve them first across the hotel, which is a shame because for those of us patiently waiting to be served it is annoying! Drinks are good, cocktails were great and consistent in all bars, which is rare when compared to some hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was pleasant, we had an issue on arrival with the door mechanism which took too long to rectify, but when it was sorted they did go the extra mile. It’s worth noting that a double does not mean a double and originally we had been given twin beds, but again it was sorted for our second night. Beds were huge and comfortable. Linens a bit tired so not as crisp as others but clean. Sofa in the room was ridiculous and needed removing as I couldn’t get around the bed to my side. Would rather have had small table and chair. Bathroom should be a win, but whoever designed it left nowhere to hang your towels - which I find bizarre as I try to reuse towels when on holiday. Silly things let’s the hotel down, like the mirror light not working and toiletries missing so the bottles were empty, refills provided when asked, albeit too late for our first shower, but we had brought our own. Mini bar has nice selection of drinks and was refilled daily. Aircon is very good. Balcony was large and we had a partial sea view. A la carte options were lovely and all have a fabulous backdrop. It was spectacularly windy while we were here but I think this was an anomaly as opposed to the norm, but you’ll definitely need peg towels down by sea! Me and my best friend went for 7 nights and had the best time at Duja Hotel, the entertainment was great, something there for everyone kids and adults and really got you involved as well. All the staff I can not fault any of them, so attentive and kind and really made your stay welcome. The reps at Duja hotel were great with kids with adults with the entertainment, definitely the most we have both felt welcome and had the best time away with. The food was great so much to choose from and the we had the Italian a la carte menu which is included in the price and that was unreal to. The only negative we would say is when we got to our hotel room the mirror was dirty but apart from that everything was great. There is so much to do inside the complex we didn’t leave the hotel apart to go to the beach to take some photos, we felt it was the perfect place for us and we will both be definitely returning back next year.

Another fabulous family holiday, looking forward to returning later in the year! Some improvements had been made too which didn't go unnoticed x

I been there last week .where do you want me to start from good thinks or bad thinks .. I start with good thinks because there are not a lot of.. only 2 thinks I would say nice the sea and waiters other the that never go there again .. If YOU LIKE MEAT DONT GO THERE IS NO MEAT actually is terrible for meat .. the pool not very clean my son had ear infection.. I stayed there 7 days and they change my sheet 2 times , They think are 5 * really !!!!!!!! I would give them 3 * nooo more .. I been going to deferent resorts in Turkey in last 10 years and payed more les the same amount of money and this was the worst worst one for food ,not clean and out dated the rooms and all round the resort ..

We stayed at Duja Bodrum and had high expectations due to its 5-star rating and location. While we enjoyed some parts of our stay, there were several areas that fell short. Highlights: • Guest Relations: Very helpful and responsive. Quick to solve any issues when contacted. • Housekeeping: Cleanliness and room service were consistently good. • Starbucks Corner: A nice bonus in the all-inclusive package — even though we only had a few drinks, we appreciated the inclusion. • Beach, DJ music & Pool Area: Well-maintained and enjoyable. • Amphitheater Shows: Entertaining — although only 3 shows during a full week, they were the best part of the entertainment. What Needs Improvement: • Food Variety: The buffet was almost the same every day. Just 1–2 dishes changed daily, making it repetitive and underwhelming. We didn’t enjoy eating the same food each day. • Drink Quality: Big inconsistency. The bar on the 2nd floor was great, but other bars across the hotel didn’t meet expectations — especially in terms of cocktails and soft drinks. • Reception Service: Very poor communication. It was hard to reach reception, and most requests were either ignored or delayed. • Room Interior: Outdated and in need of renovation. The current state doesn’t reflect a true 5-star resort. Lack of amenities for bathroom, no bathrobe. • Lack of Entertainment: Aside from 3 amphitheater nights, there was little to no entertainment. No engaging activities or programs during the rest of our stay. We’ve visited many resorts across Turkey with family and friends and know what to expect from a 5-star hotel. Duja Bodrum has great potential, but the food, entertainment, and service levels need serious improvement to justify its rating. It was still a decent experience overall — but not quite what we hoped
