Me gustó mucho que limpiaban todos los días la habitación. Está un poco alejado del centro de Tonsupa pero muy lindo lugar. Las pilas del control de la televisión no servían pero el resto todo bien. Muy amable el personal de las instalaciones e incluso gentiles con más mascotas.

Very nice hotel with extremely helpful staff. I got a bad wound just before checking in, and David helped me get to the pharmacy and even offered to be on the phone with me to translate at the doctor, as I speak very little Spanish. The rest of the staff was very attentive and kind as well. Nice pool and room. Would definitely recommend!!

La atención y el servicio al cliente es de primera, algo muy raro de conseguir en Esmeraldas, la atención es oportuna y muy cordial de parte de todos sus colaboradores, las instalaciones son muy limpias y amplias, las habitaciones muy confortables y frescas, el servicio de limpieza es excelente, el área de piscina y jacuzzi es bien grande, el restaurante ofrece una gran variedad de comidas preparadas con una exquisita sazón. Un hotel con la calidad de atención que ofrece HOTEL RC es muy recomendable.

Really good Service from Carlos and the food is delicius, Johan and Melida, the guys of the restaurant are spectacular. The pool is big and the Wifi is good to work, near the beach and the room was clean and confortable
