這次出遊很幸運選擇了錦堂行館酒店，酒店的服務態度超級好，員工們始終保持着親切的微笑，一舉一動都充滿了專業性和親和力，給人留下了深刻的印象。酒店的位置在正街的中間，出行方便。房間內的設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全。最讓我感到貼心的是私人管家小意，親自到停車場接送，見面那熱情貼心的勁兒，瞬間驅散旅途疲憊。從幫忙提行李，到詳細介紹房間設施，套餐細節，事無鉅細。她把服務柔和地融入到每個細節，從我們入住到離店，小意把每個環節都把控的周到，恰到好處。讓我們在入住期間感覺太舒適了，完全沒有任何不便之處。我會把錦堂推薦給所有的朋友們！

週末烏鎮遊，可惜下了2天雨，但錦堂絕對是我們此次行程中最亮眼的安排。提前一天晚上管家小鄧（陽光開朗帥氣大男孩）就提前聯繫了我，因我們此次攜帶90歲長者出遊，他還貼心的給我們安排了長者洗澡防滑椅。第二天回程的時候烏鎮下起了大暴雨，正當我們不知道要怎麼帶着腿腳不便的長者離開的時候，小鄧説他幫我們再申請了一條船，這樣長者不用在大暴雨的情況下走到遊覽車上車點。因怕上船腳滑，還特地拿了一塊毛巾墊在船上。還冒着暴雨把我們送到了遊客中心，直到我們離開。
除了管家小鄧，酒店裡的其他工作人員也是超讚，在國內出行都是住的五星酒店，但是衹有錦堂的工作人員是真的讓我感受到了熱情，從踏進酒店你就能感受到他們的真誠和温暖。
房間也很不錯，我們此次訂的是家庭套房，2樓的套房有很大一扇玻璃窗，讓我們在下雨出不去時還能看到美景。
酒店的餐廳錦苑和早餐味道也很不錯。特別是錦苑烤鴨，確實酥脆，不輸四季民福。
下次有機會還會再來的～～～

果然沒有讓人失望，反覆再來和第一次一樣滿意。房間很大，非常乾淨，景觀也好，通風舒適。服務人員的態度非常的熱情周到，錦堂讓人想一再地來，除了硬件到位，一如既往的貼心服務更是吸引我的原因，特別是小趙和小唐小姐姐，已經是好朋友啦，見到熟悉的他們，就特別開心。

真是一次愉快難忘的體驗！我和媽媽住了兩天錦堂，老太太特別開心滿意！第一印象，就是特別乾淨，浴巾非常新，用着舒適。細節特別到位，一次性馬桶套，睡眠眼罩，還有荷包，處處都很用心。服務可以這麼説，360度無死角，真的，所有服務人員都特別熱情和真誠。細心介紹早餐品類，規劃遊玩，推薦美食，真的享受到家服務。我們的管家是陳聰，温文爾雅的小夥子，細心周到，一切都安排得非常好。臨走那天下的雨很大，特意去給找了旅行箱的保護套，感覺服務真的無可挑剔。這次入住體驗特別滿意，以後再來烏鎮肯定首先這裏。再次感謝陳聰和所有服務人員。ps：套餐裏的雙人餐不錯，早餐做得也很精緻，海鮮粥皮蛋瘦肉粥都好喝，燒餅現烤的好吃。精油SPA也很好，沒有敷衍和二次消費。
