整體服務是專業的，位置很偏，所以入住率就很低，然後就把游泳池關了，把空調間歇性關了，晚上12點熱醒，打電話給前台馬上恢復冷氣，然後睡到凌晨4點又被熱醒，這次25度，又給前台打電話，一分鐘後就來冷氣，這次隔了很久才睡着，早上8點又熱醒，這次26度了，這是聲控空調，打個電話開一小段時間，我能理解酒店經營的不容易，位置偏入住率低所以控制成本，但這是惡性循環，也傷了我這種衝著holiday inn品牌來的客人，起碼的温度和睡眠都保證不了，同樣的情況出現在早餐，沒客人所以也沒什麼東西。

自駕過來，酒店周邊比較安靜，作為銅仁唯一一家洲際品牌旗下的，酒店的設施設備都不錯，還給我升級了山景的房間，可以看到對面的彩虹橋，也是下高速臨時預訂的，前台黃經理服務非常專業有耐心給我推薦，還給贈送了一份早餐。房間面積還算可以，小冰箱也是可以免費使用的，整體入住體驗都非常不錯！有機會下次還來！👍

The hotel I stayed in on the first day in Tongren was very good. It is an old brand, professional and enthusiastic. It provided free breakfast. The quality of breakfast was higher than that of Wyndham and Impression. The only drawback was the laundry. Others were very good and cost-effective.
