At the hotel they spoke English and throughout my stay provide support and helped me particularly with planning my visits to areas near to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. They provide excellent service, a great breakfast and I enjoyed using the gym as well.

The overall service environment of the hotel is relatively good, in line with the feeling of a resort hotel, golf, swimming pool, billiards, gym are all free. The only flaw is that the mini fridge turned out to be broken. Basically there is no way to use. The variety of breakfast is relatively small. Lunch is good. Waiter Special enthusiasm.

酒店環境比較好。住的房間露台很大，空間也大。酒店管家還送了餐券和高爾夫體驗券。不足的地方應該就是稍微陳舊了點，畢竟10年的酒店了，其他一切都還好。

來這裏度假好多次了，非常滿意！首先:是酒店環境，坐落於半山腰，後面有個剪水塢水庫，風景如畫！再是前台和服務人員，態度好，像是回家的感覺！這次來還升了帶庭院的房間！好開心，準備元旦之前再來一次！周邊有很多網紅打卡的古村落，推薦自駕來遊玩！

趁休假淡季帶娃出來玩
酒店很安靜，背後是大奇山，出門開十多分鐘就可以到富春江附近餐廳吃飯
酒店整體設施還是不錯的，前台服務還主動幫我升級了陽台房，並贈送中餐廳用餐折扣券，以及大奇山門票。

雲山九里淡季三天兩晚，酒店服務不錯，免費活動項目也不少，免費高爾夫試玩，免費的跳舞毯乒乓球游泳桌球都完了個遍，小朋友意猶未盡。十四年的酒店但房間設備也保養的很好，有陽枱面山住的很舒適。 度假村環境清幽合適遠離紛擾世界的旅者。 就是出去吃飯和叫外賣不太方便，但酒店自己的餐廳也夠物美味優，尤其週末晚上的自助小火鍋很划算。管家何恩婷也很禮貌還幫忙延遲了退房。總體好評推薦。大人小孩玩的都很好。

第二次入住雲山九里酒店了，這家酒店在山裡特別安靜，晚上一點聲音也沒有，很適合度假養生，早餐很豐盛中西餐都有，晚餐也一併在酒店解決了。這次買了兩天一晚的套餐，性價比很高，還送大奇山門票，值得的一次旅行。酒店設施完備，晚上去健身房鍛鍊了會，旁邊還有桌球室，是放鬆身心的好去處。總體還是很滿意的，以後有機會再來。
