Arrived at hotel staff member so helpfully and friendly really attentive to all our needs and request hotel was also clean and tidy really enjoyed our stay a special thanks to Sergiu who went above and beyond for us really looking foward to coming back

We had an incredible experience at Premier Inn wateringbury and can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, making it the perfect place for a relaxing meal. The service was outstanding as well. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this restaurant to families and will definitely visit again

Lovely friendly staff. Who were incredibly welcoming. It was clean and tidy, with the added bonus of the pub next door. I have only rated 4 stars as we stayed more than one night and our room was not serviced, so no replacement tea or coffee provided. Not a huge issue, but when you come back late after a long day of work, the last thing you want to do is walk all the way downstairs to get replenishments from reception. Is this the normal practice for Premier Inn? If so, I will be more prepared for my next stay, as it was that lovely, I will definitely be returning.

my friends and I loved our rooms, they offer single rooms and double rooms all which are execelnt qulaity, ive booked with this hotel few times now and they have never let me down. staff are allways so friendly and happy to help with any quiry or requirements.

We had second great stay at Premier inn for close friends weddings. Spacious rooms with comfy beds specifically my 3 year old loves them for a some naughty jumps. Definitely recommended and if for any reason we will need to stay around we will choose it again.

The hotel WiFi (Free or ultimate) doesn’t not reach all the bedrooms. Stayed for 2 nights and had no WIFI, not ideal when we had work to do and our daughter schoolwork. I complained to reception who were absolutely no help (contact head office). I contacted head office, its shut at weekends. Final outcome after complaining, they are sorry, no compensation, not even a free breakfast. Head office for premier clearly do not understand customer satisfaction, a token free breakfast would have been nice for the hassle. In the end i had to pay £10 to buy more data on my phone and tether - this was not the best as it was still slow across multiple devices - premier inn refused to reimburse me for the cost. The hotel was also noisy with the pub next door and people chatting outside all night - next to your room if you are unfortunate enough to get a ground floor room.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, it is ideally situated for Kingshill. A lovely little hotel, The staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this quaint hotel. The local area is very pretty with some lovely walks by the river.
