Tasik Ria Resort

I was looking forward to spending Christmas and New Year's in a different part of the world, but my dream turned into an absolute nightmare. I paid, 1950€ for a hotel that is in clear decline. First of all, the tiny patch of sand beach they had was filthy. The poorly maintained gardens made me feel unsafe, I was really scared I'd be hit by a falling coconut. Apart from that, the pool was dirty and I didn't dare use it for fear of getting an ear infection. For two days, I had to shower with cold water and there were power outages during my stay. The food was monotonous and depressing. For six days, the only fruits available were papaya and watermelon, served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals were extremely repetitive: plain white rice with either chicken or pork. There was no variety, I mean no pasta, no fish, no seafood. Breakfast was equally disappointing: bad coffee, the same fruits, frozen slices of white bread poorly toasted, and either fried eggs or omelettes. Despite paying nearly 2000€, I couldn't even choose what I wanted to eat. Since I was the only guest, there was no buffet service available. Even on day, after dinner the night before, I found the exact same dishes and everything left as it was the next morning but covered in ants when I went to have breakfast. It was absolutely disgusting. Tasik Ria is a complete scam. I paid a fortune and received terrible service in return. You should stop deceiving people.

I stayed in a sea view room, decorated in a warm Indonesian style and the room itself was super comfortable, making it a perfect place to chill after a day of diving. The staff at the resort were consistently attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. It was clear that the owner and manager are deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, as their personal touch and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. I felt genuinely well taken care of. As for diving, the underwater adventures around Bukanen and the mainland were nothing short of spectacular. The coral reefs were vibrant filled with bio diverse marine life, offering some of the most stunning underwater views I’ve ever seen.

We stay here few days during our dive trip to Bunaken, Bangka & Lembeh. One of the best dive operator in Manado area. Thank you Tasik Ria for the hospitality. Good job Tasik Diver for the safe and enjoyful 21 dives over 12 days of excursion including the Tangkoko National Reserve an Tomohon tour.We will be back.

Все наши просьбы выполнялись моментально и точно. Еда, уборка- отлично! Прекрасные экскурсии. Отдельно благодарим за дайвинг, и дайв-сайты и команда заслуживают только наивысших оценок. Мы обныряли заповедник Бунакен и посетили Лембех, это действительно незабываемо! Мы в полной мере оценили и дружелюбие и гостеприимство индонезийцев, и пышную природу Индонезии. Спасибо, Tasik Ria! Мы вернёмся!
