Списывают 200% стоимости проживания при отмене брони. Бронировал жене отель на одну ночь, но ребенок дома заболел и поездка отменилась. В результате отель списал 100% стоимости проживания, да еще сделал это дважды, то есть получилось 200% стоимости проживания! Вот и погостили. Позвонил им, говорят, что "программа" сломалась, обещали вернуть 100%. Но вообще считаю, что это за гранью списывать 100% суммы проживания при условии, что его фактически не было. Желаю хозяевам этого отеля такого же гостеприимства в их поездках

Были в Тольятти проездом, решили задержаться на пару дней, посмотреть город. Остановились в этом отеле. Понравилась локация и устроила цена, у них при бронировании на выходные 10% скидка, грех было не воспользоваться. Через сайт оформились, там всего-то на значок t-id нажать нужно было и мои персональные данные сами в нужных графах оказались. Так просто я еще нигде не проходил идентификацию, хорошая функция сервиса от Т-банка) Номер хороший, комфортный достаточно, из окна интересный вид и понравилось, что все в обстановке новенькое и ухоженное. Нигде нет пыли, ванная комната чистая и удобная. Кафе неплохое, готовят вкусно и довольно недорого, а главное ко времени нет привязки, во сколько захотели, во столько нас и покормили. За кофе еще бы звезду сверху докинул, отменно готовят!

Комфортнейший отель европейского типа в сердце центрального района. Что внешний облик, что обстановка внутри - всё очень гармонично, стильно и со вкусом. Просто глаз радуется. Три раза останавливалась здесь - всегда встречают с невероятным радушием и гостеприимством. Персонал всегда готов помочь с решением любого вопроса, подсказать и рассказать что-то о городе. Номера очень уютные, чистые и располагающие к отдыху. Мне так крепко даже дома не всегда удаётся выспаться, как здесь. Окна выходят на улицу, но современные стеклопакеты не дадут уличному шуму нарушить покой гостей. Блэкаут шторы позволят создать идеальные условия для сна даже если нужно выспаться до/после ночного рейса. Ванная комната может показаться на первый взгляд немного тесной, но на проверку она более чем удобна за счёт своей эргономичности. Завтраки... о, это отдельный вид удовольствия. Отсутствие шведского стола немного смутило меня во время первой поездки, но сейчас концепция предварительного выбора из меню мне видится более чем удобной. А меню здесь довольно обширное - кажется, есть блюда буквально на любой вкус. С каждым новым завтраком выбирать становится всё сложнее, потому как вкусно абсолютно всё (искренне рекомендую местный грушевый штрудель). Я знаю, что во время следующей поездки в Тольятти у меня не возникнет вопросов, где остановиться. Огромное спасибо всей команде отеля за превращение рабочих поездок буквально в дни отпуска.

Были в данной гостинице с 11/11 по 12/11/23 года, приезжали на хоккей. Отель на уровне , новый, матрасы на кроватях не убитые. Вода, тапочки ,чистота в номере( жили в номере стандарт экстра плюс, двухкомнатный) Хороший завтрак по меню и неограниченные напитки в виде кофе и чая. Если будете заказывать на завтрак омлет или яичницу и вы не любите зелень, сразу просите об этом. Так как априори эти блюда обильно посыпают нарезанной зеленью. Я понимаю ,что это мини -отель и 3*, но я думаю летом не хватает мини холодильника. Соседей не слышно
