This hotel should not be allowed to stay open absolutely disgusting rooms are filthy air-conditioning doesn't work cockroaches every where even mice round the pool and the food I wouldn't of fed to my dog

Don't be out of by bad reviews we had a lovely holiday, the Receptionist was lovely and hacked us whilst she sent us for dinner as we only had 40mins until it ended when we arrived. She explained everything well. 1 euro for cups but you get that back ,saves on waste and washing I think. And have to pay the Tax but that's fine as I read that before. Our Bungalow wasn't a newer one but nothing wrong with it , cleaned every two days and towels changed. Food there was something for everyone, even if you just lived on rice or pasta for a week it's better than nothing but my children found something daily they liked. The snack bar was perfect and continuous ice creams too. Entertainment was great we really chuckled some nights. Great pools one busy one , one more adult and one more family friendly and quieter but perfect and a bar at each. I am surprised at the bad reviews I read as it wasn't at all The beach is a bus ride away half but it cost £5 euro and discount each person if traveling as a family and the bus was air conditioned so perfect. The air con in the room was delightful too and much needed after a day in the heat. Go and have the best holiday

I really enjoyed my stay at Sun Club El Dorado for what it is — a simple, budget-friendly spot in a nice, peaceful location. The room was clean and comfy, with great air conditioning that kept things cool. I did wish there was a fridge to keep drinks cold, but overall it was fine. Cleaners came every couple of days, which worked well. The food was okay — nothing to write home about, but I was happy since fish was served regularly. The meat dishes weren’t always the most appealing (I’ll never forget the beef burger that looked like it could still moo!). There wasn’t tons of variety, and I noticed quite a few guests ordering food from outside, which we did a few times too. The staff were friendly enough, though we didn’t have a lot of contact with them. One cleaner was a bit rude when we couldn’t understand her Spanish, which was a little disappointing. The pools were great! The quiet top pool was perfect for relaxing, the kiddie pool in the middle was cute, and the bottom pool had music and daily activities going on — good fun if you like a livelier vibe. Evening entertainment was okay, nothing too exciting. The bar closes at 11, and shortly after, the lights around the bar area turn off, which felt like a gentle nudge to head back to your room. The location is super peaceful but pretty remote. There’s not much in the town except a small café, so you’ll need to catch a bus or taxi to get to beaches, shops, or other things to do. The bus was cheap, easy, and came regularly. There’s a spot with steps down to the sea for swimming or snorkeling, but it can be tricky to get in and out because of the rocks, so I wouldn’t recommend it for young kids. Overall, nothing really bothered me — just a few small niggles here and there. It’s a solid choice if you’re after a budget holiday, but keep in mind it can add up if you need to eat out or travel a lot. I might go back, but it’s best for travelers who want a quiet, no-frills getaway rather than anything fancy.
