The room was very clean! It was within walking distance to Tokyo Dome, so it was very convenient and helpful🥹🙏🏻 I could watch YouTube on the big TV, and as someone who loves staying in hotels alone, I think the facilities were very satisfying👍🏻 Thank you very much🍀

We are a family of 4, kids aged 8 and 11, we are first time to visit Japan. We lived in six different hotels during our holiday in September 2023. We like to rank Flexstay Lidabashi as No. 1. We enjoyed its convenient&quiet location and kitchen facilities. The room itself is clean enough, the facility is old but quite clean. The supermarket is just across the street, opposite of our building. Great place for living for a short time. Best value for money.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay very pleasant. Although my room was quite small, it was impeccably clean and equipped with all the essentials I needed. The overall experience was comfortable and satisfying.

The bathroom sunks should be cleaner as they have water splashed everywhere and hair in the basins. The rest of the hostel is clean though. Good location and friendly staff. Not really any area to work. They have a small bench with stools in the corridor.

The concert was at Tokyo Dome, so I searched for a nearby hotel and found this one. When I went to leave my luggage, there was a chair waiting for me in front of the front desk, so I was able to get ready for the concert there, which was very helpful. It was also close to the dome, so it was very convenient. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied! I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

I used this hotel about 10 years ago, and this was my second time, and it was a better experience than the last time. It had many advantages, such as a convenient automatic check-in system, clean rooms, easy access, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The basic location is not very central, but I think it is a very good choice for travelers who are familiar with downtown Tokyo.

Location: 5-8 min walk to Jimbocho Station for the Hanzomon Line, Mita Line and Shinjuku Line. It's super easy to get anywhere in Tokyo. Including Shinjuku areas. The location is a business district so it's clean, modern, quiet and safe. You can walk to the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Dome and there are several supermarkets and restaurants on the same street as the hotel. So its a really good location and even though its not in the heart of the Shinjuku area its easily accessible and the savings you get because of it makes it worthwhile Hotel Room Big. I was worried because room sizes in Japan are listed as 16sqM or 18sqM or even 11SqM and I'm used to 20 -60sqM in Europe and other parts of Asia. But the room size here is fine. Not cramped and with a big bathroom. There is a USB plug socket in the middle of the bed (they provide charging cables). The AC was quiet and useful as was the fridge (no freezer) The room is very clean and tidy every day with fresh towels and sheets changed every 3 days Hotel Features There is a laundry room for guests, a vending machine, a microwave, an ice machine - so many features. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, we felt for 990 Yen per person per day, its better just to go to the 7-11 next door and buy stuff Overall The location is good. Safe, clean and with food nearby. The room is clean and bigger than expected. Would stay here again especially considering the price

Comfortable hotel close to underground station. The facility has a tiny little teraccewhere you can enjoy the free coffee and drinks provided.

Exceptional customer service. We got checked in pretty quick . The room was spacious. Easy to connect with WiFi , netflix etc. The bed was super comfy . Had a great night sleep. If you don't have your toiletries, the hotel got you covered . Free cosmetics packs and hot drinks in the foyer . Feel free to grab them . We would stay again on our next trip . Domo x

theb hotel has always been a cost-effective choice, and the rooms are relatively uniform and ok to live in. Let's talk about the advantages first. The service is very good, the supplies are very complete, including makeup remover and lotion, etc., and the free coffee, tea, ice cream are all very good. The hot spring facilities downstairs are also great, super value! It's just that the peak period is close to 11-12 o'clock, there are many people, and you have to queue for the shower. The only nearby attractions are the Dome and the University of Tokyo, which is not a core tourist area, and the environment is relatively quiet. Let's talk about the shortcomings. The breakfast is very bad. The paid breakfast is actually a set meal. For boys, it is completely not enough to eat (see picture), which is equivalent to eating lonely. It would be more satisfying to order breakfast here instead of going to the cafe to eat by yourself. This is obviously a bit of a pit. Then there is a leak in the window of the room. In the winter, the window book is close to the bed, and you can clearly feel the cold wind blowing in. In the end, I had to use towels and pillows to block the window as much as possible to sleep, so it is not recommended to live there in the cold weather. It's a bit painful. There is also a very low sofa in the room, which is basically unusable at ordinary times. You can't stand up after sitting down. You can only sit on the bed and the only chair. Finally, the transportation is a bit inconvenient. It takes about 300 meters to walk to Suidobashi subway station, and 550 meters to Hongo-Sanchome subway station. It is really a bit tiring. In addition, Suidobashi subway is a Toei subway, and the tickets are not compatible with many other subway lines. You have to go out of the station to transfer, which means you have to buy 2 subway tickets for transfer. The JR line of Suidobashi is not the Yamanote Line, so you have to go to Shinjuku to transfer at various major stations, which is not very convenient.
