A very satisfying stay. The hotel is small, but the room is large, which is rare in Tokyo. It is a small and beautiful hotel. The overall style is Japanese but combined with some modernity. Shoes are not worn in the room. The hotel front desk is not open 24 hours a day, but these have no big impact.
The location is very good, about 10 minutes walk from Akihabara, the nearest subway station is just opposite the road, and there are three subway lines to take. The convenience store is also 2 minutes away. There is also a well-reviewed restaurant downstairs, and there is a coffee shop next door. There are not many people and cars in this area after 9 pm, and it is quiet to sleep at night.
The amenities are all Japanese local brands, and they look like they are all additive-free. They are not bad to use. There is a large bathtub for bathing, and yukata and clogs are prepared, which are very distinctive. The automatic toilet is also very convenient. Even the kettle is insulated, so it will not be left cold. Many small details are really considerate.
Although there are no waiters in the hotel at night, there is a public space with books, drinks, ice cream and some snacks, which can be taken by yourself. The children like it very much. Even if there are people living next door, you can't hear any noise.
If you need anything, you can contact the hotel through WeChat, and they will try their best to meet your needs. Finally, when we left, we asked the hotel to help us get a taxi, and the front desk staff sent us to the gate.
We all like this hotel very much and will stay there again if we have the chance.
I used this hotel about 10 years ago, and this was my second time, and it was a better experience than the last time. It had many advantages, such as a convenient automatic check-in system, clean rooms, easy access, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The basic location is not very central, but I think it is a very good choice for travelers who are familiar with downtown Tokyo.
Convenient location with a 6-minute walk to the JR train station. The room was small but very clean and nicely done. It's a big hotel and feels like you're at a conference that could be anywhere in the world. There was a long line for arrivals when we came, which I guess is because it was near the time check-ins start; I think we waited about 45 minutes or so.

Little mermaid as breakfast is good for bread lover, and the pastries actually very good! Location is very convenient and near to travel spot too. It’s quiet and my fav spot is the make up area, many mirrors which is good for girl. Got free hair curler or straightener for girl to do hair style too!
Hotel was located close to Akihabara and Ochanomizu Station which made transportation easily accessible. It was also a walking distance from various food places at Akihabara and had a Family Mart below.
Room itself was a little small but expected of Tokyo hotels. Had sufficient amenities and was a clean place.
Overall, a decent stay for its price.
We stayed here as a couple on Christmas Eve. We wanted to keep our budget low, so the room itself was small, but it was clean and the reception staff were all Japanese and very helpful. On Christmas Day, the hotel even gave us a nice surprise gift. It was a short stay, but it was a great stay.
Spacious room
Bunker beds with nice enough mattress and pillows
Built in light switches on every single bed which makes it so convenient
Bathroom is fitted with shampoos conditioners and body wash and towels. Good shower spray strength and temperature
Toilet is separated from bathroom
Buy their in house cup and get coffee / tea free every day every time
Guest gets free drink once off from the bar
It is just less then one minute walk across Suidobashi station.
Surrounded by convenience stalls and food stalls around. The ramen shop beside it is not bad.
Only bad is that we can hear faint noises of the trains.
The laundry machine reeks of smell after wash. It’s dirty.
The reception is helpful and friendly
I will stay here again.
Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Located on a quiet street between 3 subway lines, very comfortable for getting around. Also, Akihabara is just a 10 minute walk away. Lots of places to eat and drink a coffee around (the closest and quite good coffee is Tully's).
The room itself is small, if not cramped, but there's a hack: cabin-size luggage easily fits under the bed, which makes it a bit easier to walk around the room.
The cleanliness wasn't perfect, we found someone's hairs in the bathroom and the drain was clogged.
Overall a nice hotel, but not a good value for money. Tokyo is expensive as hell, but one expects better quality for 120 USD per night.
The hotel is located about a 5 min walk from the nearest train station. Google maps made us walk a steep hill up to the hotel from the station so do take note if you have luggage (there is a more long winded way which doesn’t need you to go up a steep hill).
Location: about 20 mins from the city so I would say this is on the outskirts of the city, which we liked as it is quieter. We somehow could hear the trains in the morning though we didn’t hear them at night.
Room: It is small (like all Tokyo hotels) but sufficient. The bed was very comfy, and the rooms and toilets were kept clean and nice. No signs of aging. The pyjamas given were super comfy and a lot of amenities were given as well. Water pressure was good.
Amenities: The best part of this hotel is its facilities. I absolutely loved the 3rd floor inner garden where we could sit and hear water flowing. They serve free green tea too at stipulated time periods. Be sure to check it out! The gym is very basic though with only a few treadmills and no weights.
Food: Quite a lot of food options which are about a 5 min walk away.
Service: Really good service by front counter staff. They also helped us make a reservation at a restaurant :)
This hotel is very old. The double room is big enough, but the layout is very strange. It is very uncomfortable to enter. I don't know if it is a special offer from Ctrip. When I came to Japan, I booked three hotels on Ctrip. Every time I was given the last room. This time, the b Suidobashi also gave me the last room. I felt really uncomfortable when I entered, so I went downstairs to ask for a room change. The service attitude was very good and they actively helped me change the room. But this hotel is too old. The most expensive and the oldest one. The one I took a photo of is a single room. The 30-inch suitcase cannot be opened.

LLiulianhongcengI found the hotel by myself. After comparing for a long time, it is finally good! 1. The location of the hotel is good. It is in Bunkyo District. It is super convenient to buy things at Don Quijote downstairs. There is also a pharmacy inside. The cucumbers are super delicious! Buy two bags every day! The hotel breakfast coupons can also be used! There are many things to eat when you turn left out of the hotel! 2. The room is not small, everything is there, and it is clean! 3. The breakfast is the same as the old three, and it tastes good (see picture). It is not okay to eat it every day. You can buy some sandwiches, cucumbers, Meiji milk, and instant noodles at Don Quijote downstairs! 4. Opposite the Dome Amusement Park, there are also many things to eat! 5. There are free toiletries on the fourth floor, including facial masks, which are free to take! Except for the lack of Chinese waiters, everything else is good! The hotel is very cost-effective!
CChee KinLocation. Within 8 mins walk to 3 stations, Kudanshita, Jimbocho, Suidobashi. Walk to Ochanomizu Street for musical instruments needs. Lots of small eateries around place, but not open on weekends, as catering to office and uni only. Almost a dead place over weekend.
Hotel. Rather old as compared to others. Size of room is OK. Bed and pillows are hard but acceptable. Breakfast not appealing, that's why didn't buy. Have coin operated laundry, room amenities etc at ground level.
Service. Generally OK. Assigned a room 404, staying for 4 nights. Strange way to assign? And room just beside their large neon board. So it's bright even at night! Means room not dark for sleep.
Generally if not doing any business around there, can choose somewhere else at similar price.
It's Near to kudanshita garden and ueno akihabara etc.
Mmitsos kOverall a great choice. The personnel was very helpful, the room kept clean and the location is very convenient for transport. The only drawback was that the room was a tat too small making handling the baggage an everyday thing
AAn JieVery unfordable experience here at 9H, second time came for capsule hotel and my family like the comfortable of the bed.
Near to station but its still need to walk approximate 10mins, quite a long wait if you already tiring walking around in the city.
Outside the hotel straight to have a FamilyMart, very convenient even at midnight I would like to grab some snacks
the only downside is the storage, capsule hotel the facts is its very hard for you to manage your item in your luggage, there have no place for you to open and close your luggage.
GGuest UserIt’s just a 4-5mins walk from Suidobashi station. It is very accessible. Very close to Tokyo Dome. I am pleased with the room and amenities are better than what I have expected. Cleanliness is good! Love it when there’s washing machine and dryer in our room. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about. I would love to try Tokyu Stay in other area. Explored the area and chanced upon a nice place selling yummy fried chicken.
PPICHEWA_I had planned to go to the SEVENTEEN concert at Tokyo Dome, so I was searching for a convenient place to stay. This hotel, located just one station away and a short walk from the station, was the perfect find. The area is well-served with convenience stores, restaurants, and vending machines.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. I checked in before my concert and left my luggage in the room, so I didn't have much time to take detailed photos.
The room itself was quite compact, measuring only 6 square meters (approximately 2x3 meters). However, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler and I was able to fit my 28-inch suitcase on the floor.
The bed was a fold-out and wasn't the most comfortable, but it was good enough for a one-night stay. The room wasn't as stuffy as I expected, and the air conditioning worked well.
A small desk and chair were positioned near the window, and the curtains could be opened for natural light while getting ready. The desk wasn't huge, but it was quite long and could hold plenty of belongings. A TV was mounted on the wall next to the window, but I didn't have a chance to check it out.
The room also featured a large mirror, clothes hangers, and a double-sided clothes rack. If you had a lot of luggage, you could store items on the upper shelf.
The shared shower and bathroom facilities were clean and well-maintained, with two of each on each floor. There were also double sinks. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were provided.
You can purchase a Metro Tokyo pass directly from the staff at the lobby. The hotel also offers various activities and services; feel free to inquire with the staff for more details.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located, only a 1-2 minute walk from the Metro. There are many restaurants, 7-11 and Family Mart near the hotel. The room is not small for a Japanese hotel, and there is a bathtub and a massage chair in the room. After the trip, you can have a massage to relieve fatigue. The hotel has lockers for free luggage storage, overall it is a thumbs up👍
