Good location, spacious room (for Japanese standards and 3 people), comfortable beds, helpful staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. A good price/worth option. The only problem is the breakfast. There is only ONE breakfast option (sandwich, salad and a drink of your choice). For a short trip (1-2 days) is ok; but for more than 3 (we stayed a total of 8 days in Tokyo, 4 days at the beginning of our trip and 4 at the end) eating the EXACT SAME THING 4 DAYS IN A ROW is tiring. If you want something else from the menu? You have to pay for it… What’s the point of paying for a room with breakfast included if I need to pay again and more to have other options). As a recommendation? Add at least 1 more option for breakfast and interchange both.

It's a bit far, so you have to walk a bit, but it's nice because there's Pyeongui Branch and Martrang Station nearby, and the facilities at the accommodation, including the shower room, are clean.

The location is average. It's about an eight-minute walk from the subway station. There are shopping malls on the way. The hotel does not have Chinese service. There are toiletries at the front desk for you to take. The heating is quite sufficient. It's not bad to stay here if you can't book a hotel in the center of Tokyo during the peak season.

There is a ladies-only floor with a bathroom attached but not too big. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. There are enough places for activities, a lounge and an underground restaurant. The overall appearance of the accommodation is very good.

the convenience of travel is very good.it feels safe during the day and night.the surrounding is a very peaceful villa.

Room 101 is bigger than reported on trip.

Contacting the providers via email is good, but if you want to contact urgently, it may not be convenient.

The massage chair in the room was really cool hahaha. It was my first time to experience a massage chair in a hotel room. I was so tired on the first day of check-in that I fell asleep on the massage chair. When I woke up, I saw the beautiful gradual sunset outside the window, and my mood became very good. There were also welcome snacks in the room (I ate two cookies)
I think the hygiene is OK. The facilities are a little retro and have a sense of age, but everything else is pretty good.
The hotel is located on a living street with convenience stores and restaurants. There is a large shopping mall near the station for shopping, and the hotel is not far from the station.
The hotel can take a hot spring bath, but I didn't go. The front desk service is really good, very warm and thoughtful.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Yatsuka station on a main road. The building is older, but the large rooms are well-maintained, clean and
the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is simple, you either have 2 slices of toast with butter and jam or 2 rice balls with the small salad plate, taking rice and toast is not permitted, the lady at breakfast keeps a close eye on this. Unlimited coffee from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
The hotel rents out a bike, a mamachari without gears. It works well though, I cycled 50 km through Tokyo on it.
There are various supermarkets around the hotel within 5-10 minutes. There are also restaurants, a little further away there are several izakayas and in the BellX Mall there is a Saizerya restaurant with cheap Italian food.
The staff at reception are very nice and helpful, the lady at breakfast only speaks to Asian-looking guests.
Good for one night, but if you want to stay longer you should note:
All the windows in the hotel have a fixed privacy screen, you can only see out through a small gap at the top and bottom. The elevated road to Tokyo is within earshot, and the noise is hard to block out even with earplugs. If you can only sleep with the window open you have a problem. The air conditioning in the room hums very loudly all the time, I didn't use it, not even for heating.
