Meskipun ada beberapa hal yang tidak dapat membantu dalam keadaan seperti ini, stafnya sangat baik dan sopan, meskipun stafnya hanya sedikit. Kelebihan tempat ini, yang bisa dikatakan tentang semua Tokyu Stays, adalah terdapat mesin cuci/pengering tipe drum di dalam kamar! ️ Ini adalah fasilitas yang sangat berguna untuk perjalanan bisnis jangka panjang. Kamarnya agak tua, tetapi hotel ini berada di lokasi yang bagus dan kecepatan Wi-Fi mudah digunakan.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities I stayed for two nights and absolutely loved this hotel. The room size was perfect—not too small or large, but just enough for a comfortable stay. My room came with a balcony, which was a lovely touch. What impressed me the most were the amenities, which were the most complete I encountered during my trip to Japan. The room included a microwave, refrigerator, and even a washing machine. The shower amenities were also very comprehensive, and you can refill them for free in the lobby. Additionally, the lobby offers a coffee machine where you can enjoy free coffee and hot chocolate, which was a delightful perk. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and even moved it to my room after check-in time. The location is another highlight—close to both a station and a bus stop, yet calm and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Tokyo Stay Nihombashi is conveniently located. A short walk (250m) from JO20 - Shin-Nihombashi Station on the Sobu train line and within 10min walk to Mitsukyoshimae and Kanda stations where one can hop on the Ginza metro line. Room size is decent for the price. Meant for short term stays, room is equipped with TV, fridge, microwave oven and even a full size washing machine! While hotel is next to an elevated freeway, room I was allocated on the 8F was quiet and peaceful at night.

Very convenient location between a variety of subway stops, none further than a 10 minute walk—though most don’t have elevators or escalators, so keep that in mind if planning to bring a lot of luggage. Hotel room was quite small, but clean. Fresh towels and emptying trash everyday, but that’s all. One full room cleaning over the course of 10 days. Staff has limited English abilities, but a willingness to use translation apps to communicate. No room service, but breakfast was available given enough prior notice. The bed was not great, an odd in between of too soft but also too hard. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but I probably won’t stay again because of the bed.

Hotel was conveniently located near station. Room was small but clean and equipped with all the necessities like washing machine and induction cooker. Free coffee everyday is a plus. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended for budget and fuss free travellers.

Worth it. Definitely will return to book the same Hotel again

櫃檯人員都很有耐心的講解，備品都可以自取，更換毛巾也很方便中間掛門口就可以，地點有3條地鐵1條JR非常方便，有洗衣機的房間就是👍廁所空間很大很舒服，也不會有潮濕味，只能煮麵，沒辦法煎肉，唯一可惜～其他很棒

房間很乾凈，應有盡有，大廳有咖啡和茶水免費，房間很安靜 位置很好，走幾分種都可以到日本橋和新日本橋站 旺季有點貴

出發前發信詢問他們可不可以提早入住跟收包裹，回信速度都很快，溝通快速 提早入住費用￥1000/1hr，收包裹也只要在地址處備註入住日期以及訂房人名 飯店人員很有禮貌，溝通不是問題 房間非常乾淨，這次是住到是雙人床，有個小陽台(但陽台是不建議出去的) 白天採光很好 床軟硬適中，棉被厚度剛好 暖氣暖很快，還有換氣設備以及加濕器 使用起來都沒什麼問題 鍋碗瓢盆很齊全、微波爐與冰箱，長時間入住很友善，連洗碗精菜瓜布都給新的 洗衣機(可烘乾)也有給洗衣精，也有操作說明 房間大小一人入住很足夠，我是帶一個登機箱跟行李袋，打開空間都非常足夠 電視是Sony的，有支援Netflix Youtube各種，只要有自己的帳戶都可以使用 飯店地點剛好在4個車站中間: 神田、日本橋、小伝馬町、三越前 非常方便! 從車站回家的路上一定都會有便利商店
