Overall is okay

The location is great, easy walk to the closest train station and to the airport bus terminal. The room was spacious, clean and new. It’s near this yummy udon place Don Don. Amenities can be taken at lobby. There’s no room key but instead you are given passcodes which is cool. The only not good experience was that we had 2 broken luggages that we wanted to ask if they could help us dispose but they told us it was 40000 yen per luggage!! So we put the broken luggage into our larger luggages and brought them back overseas instead.

Very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The washing machine with drying functions is a credit, we really need to do laundry after several days of travel! The security of the apartment is good, as guests need to enter a PIN to use the elevator.

For guests who stayed for more than 6 consecutive days, the apartment hotel only cleaned the room for the first time on the 4th day of their stay. I don't know if the cleaning aunt was too busy to forget to clean up the garbage bags or was not serious about her work. She didn't clean up all the garbage in the room for the first time, but only cleaned up part of it. The trash can in the bathroom was not replaced in time, and the roll of paper was gone and was not replaced in time. As a result, I changed it myself. The toilet paper in the bedroom was used up and was not replaced in time. I went to the front desk downstairs to get it myself. After the hotel reservation was successful, I commented on these situations directly. I didn't expect the hotel to respond quickly. On the 5th day of my stay, they helped me clean up the trash can in the room and replaced the roll of paper in the bathroom with new ones. This is worthy of praise. The service at the front desk must be very good. Disposable toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and combs can be taken by yourself at the front desk downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is about 500 meters away from Shuitiangong subway station. The transportation is very convenient. There are Family Mart and 711 convenience stores around, which is very convenient for shopping. I think the room is particularly good because it has a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for washing clothes at any time. The kitchen facilities are also very complete, with induction cookers, pots and pans, various cups, etc. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the evaluation, and the hotel room is also very large.
