Kamarnya sangat bersih dan saya merasa aman menggunakannya setiap saat. Sebagai layanan lounge gratis, jus dan caneles juga disediakan, yang sangat saya syukuri. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah berjalan kaki singkat ke toko serba ada, tetapi saya ingin terus menggunakan hotel ini di masa mendatang.

Amazing hotel very close to Shinagawa - with friendly staffs and service team. We managed to catch a beautiful view of the rainbow bridge and fireworks from our room.

Hotel located in the vicinity of Shinagawa station. Very new and comfortable hotel, great size rooms. Prices are decent considering how expensive Tokyo hotels have gotten. Would consider staying again but when construction around area calms down.

Convince when traveling from Haneda airport as have direct train and can just walk direct to hotel from train station. Room clean and comfortable bed.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Allowed us to pray at the lobby while waiting for our rooms and even after we checked out. There were even pyjamas provided which was thoughtful. There was free supper every night. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is nice, seems quite new and very clean. They also have free snacks and soft drinks every evening at the lobby restaurant. The room was a bit on the small side, and the walk from the train station was a bit longer than I expected, but overall satisfied with the experience.

Would definitely stay a again, however this is a far walk with suitcases to Shinagawa station and no convenience store nearby, unfortunately the upgrade to the nearest station Takanawa Gateway is a bit of a eye sore to the view of the rainbow bridge. I stayed on the 8th floor for reference in a king room. Staff was extremely welcoming, they even helped me tie my obi when I wore a yukata. Only con I have are the free snacks are not worth it, it’s nice of them but if you’re looking for sweet things the only thing that was sweet were the donuts, not even the lemonade was sweet.

Location is good, only few minutes walk to Shinagawa train station. Love everything about this hotel, snack bar is pretty good and the bed is comfy. Nice stay.
