5min walk to Ginza line and 7-10min to JR station. Quiet office area and a bit hard to find dinner place. Hotel itself is basic and very small room but ok for 1 person. Has fridge and coin laundry so it's helpful

Location was great with alot of restaurants around, it was a basic room but had everything you needed. staff try their best to help you with any issues.

Excellent hotel and excellent service

It's about a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Kanda Station. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, so the location is great!! Unfortunately, the walls are thin, so you can hear other guests talking, and I get woken up by their voices early in the morning🙇♀️ The front desk staff were polite and kind, and the greetings were great. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled damp, probably because it hadn't been that long since the previous person used it😢

I stayed here to see a concert at the Budokan. The location is good. The room was small, but it was worth the price. The air conditioning was the same throughout the building, so it was hot and uncomfortable after a bath. There was hair on the towel, so it was disgusting and I couldn't use it.

The room size is similar to that of an ordinary Japanese hotel, and the space layout is quite reasonable. Cleaning is done once every three days, which is too lazy. The rest of the time, they just change towels and collect garbage bags.

The scenery is very good. If you can book it, you can enjoy it. The hotel is also very convenient to get to anywhere! Highly recommend staying here for business trips or travel!

AKB's good restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. The location is quiet and there is a delicious ********* bento shop not far away.

It's about a 2-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Awajicho Station, but if you're coming from Tokyo Station, it will take a little longer as you will have to go underground on the other side of the tracks. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful, and there are restaurants and convenience stores, so I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced. The facility itself is a little old, but as a business hotel, I think I was able to stay there without any problems. The breakfast was very satisfying, especially the curry and freshly fried chicken!

You have to pay extra for all the supplies. It's a long walk from the station. However, there are rental motorcycles available right after you get off the hotel, so it's quite convenient overall. The room is a bit cramped. The air conditioner is old-fashioned and the temperature can't be adjusted accurately.
