Very convenient and easy to check in.. i love the area, near market and shibuya crossing

Hotel is nice, location is also good in a quiet side of shibuya but walking distance. Hotel is limited service so they will not clean the rooms but they will replace towels when you place service card on the door. Overall is good for the price. There is also family mart downstairs and couple of good coffee shops and breakfast place nearby. 5mins to the new south exit of JR east

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Japan. There was always a bad smell from the drainage and the shower curtain in the washroom, I need to buy air-freshener to eliminate the smell during the stay. Will never stay with this hotel group again.

Hotel was just 5-10mins away from the main train station. Thats how convenient it was for a travelling with a toddler. Family mart and smoking corner was just beside the hotel as well. Room was quite spacious for a hotel in Tokyo. Highly recommended. Will definitely come again in future.

Clean and simple. I was in Shibuya for work, this hotel served as a base for about a week. It's a few minutes walk from the Shibuya Station south exit but still pretty manageable, I love how it's situated a bit outside of the bustling area and on the back street so the nights are quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness is ok, amenities can be picked up from the lobby. Staff are minimal with only a few at the front desk but they are very friendly and helpful. In room washing machine is magnificent, I can put my clothes in in the morning, set a timer and come back to fresh laundry, perfect for longer stays. Might not recommend for family with kids as the walking distance from the city center can be a bit far.

Walking distance to JR Shibuya station, shopping malls and family Matt is just around the corner. You can find lots of restaurants nearby as well.

The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay. You can find all the kitchenette, washer and cooking appliances in the room. We didn’t use those facilities but very pleased with how equipped the room is. However the bathroom smell bad, it might due to piping issue.

Great place near the shibuya area with a family mart just below. Rooms are great for 2 and would be spacious for 1! furnishing in toilets are a little dated but works well and plenty of counter space. Cool ventilation function to air out the room if need be. Washing machine, microwave and even a small induction stove in the room! Great value:)

Great location! There is a convenience stall just below the hotel which makes getting snacks and drinks very convenient. Overall, the hotel room is quite clean but there were some make up stains on the blanket. The shower curtain had a stench but it was ok after airing the bathroom. Hotel room provide washing machine and dryer which was great.

A very convenient hotel, 5mins walk to Shibuya Train Station, 15-20mins walk to Shibuya crossing and Don Don Quijote, Uniqlo mega outlet. Gyumon eating outlet is just opposite the hotel, across the street. Family mart is located next to hotel and kebab stall 24hrs is within vicinity. In room, there are washer and dryer, portable cooker and kettle, microwave, bathtub and balcony. Superb! I totally recommend this hotel!

It was a wonderful place in perfect location. Everyone working in the hotel was so nice. The room was clean and quiet.

The hygiene and staff service are great;) Besides, I love the location. It surrounds lots of restaurants which the locals love to eat. Not a noisy place and lots of guards make me feel safe even I went back there at midnight.
