"Everything is great, there are all the necessary dishes and utensils, even a dishwasher and washing machines. There's a barbecue grill in the courtyard, plenty of sun loungers, and the place is quiet and peaceful, with ample parking. The sheets and towels are snow-white. We asked to check in two hours early, and they did so without any problems or extra charges. Inna is a very nice and pleasant host! Thank you!"

"Our stay would not have been possible without Diana, and we can’t thank her enough. Unfortunately, the third-party company we booked through failed to send our reservation to the hotel, meaning there was no booking when we arrived. Even though this was completely outside of the hotel’s control, Diana immediately took ownership of the situation and did everything she possibly could to help us. She explored every option available, even offering solutions that went far beyond what anyone would reasonably expect. She kindly accommodated us in the breathtaking Presidential Apartment for our first night at no extra cost, charging us only the standard room rate. It was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. She then arranged for us to move into a lovely sea-view room for the remainder of our stay. Throughout our holiday, Diana continued to go above and beyond. She booked restaurants for us, checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and was always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy to help. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication completely turned what could have been a stressful experience into one we’ll always remember for the right reasons. Diana is a true credit to the hotel. She made our holiday special, and because of her, we will absolutely be returning. Thank you for everything!"

"1. You can hear your neighbors very clearly. 2. The room is small. 3. There's no way to regulate the temperature in the room. 4. There was no proper blanket in the room. 5. The hotel promised to provide breakfast boxes since we had a very early flight and based on their promise we hadn't bought anything in advance. The guy at reception didn't know anything about this, so we just waited for him to find something. We left empty-handed. The hotel offered us a free lunch upon our return to Montenegro, which is simply ridiculous. They said their policy was that they couldn't refund breakfast. This is a business with no self-respect, and I wouldn't recommend this place. By the way, information to all visitors in Tivat : in the early morning hours there is no place to buy food including the local airport which is very small 6. The price/value ratio was not in this hotel's favor."

"The scenery is beautiful and the facilities are well maintained. The bathroom is also very good. However, there is a waterproof layer under the bedsheet, which makes the mattress not breathable. It becomes very hot when using the duvet, but too cold without it. I understand this may be for easier cleaning, but unfortunately it makes sleeping quite uncomfortable."

They claim they have a private beach, however, it's just a normal beach like anywhere else where you have to pay for the loungers like everybody else regardless if you're a guest of theirs or not. Well, you get a 2 euro discount, which is a bit of a joke."
